    On August 20, my daughter had a telemedicine appointment which I was told was going to be free. Later the company called me and stated the fee was going to be $70. When I told them, I was not told about the fee, they fraudulent took the money from my card without permission. I had made a previous purchase and they save my card information without my consent. I was told that I signed a paper agreeing about the payment, which I did not. I have repeatedly asked to be sent the paper with my signature about the fee and the company refuse to send it.
