    TEXAS WINDOW Installed all new windows last year..This company did a really bad job, because the Installation wasn’t done CORRECTLY the FIRST TIME...They came out to repair some of the windows, but not the expensive ones. Tech took measurements for all of the large living room windows, and other rooms.. I keep getting the run around- (Tech that came out to repair did not install these windows) They tell me (No purchase ORDER) so they can not come back to the house to repair the windows that were damaged. The glass inside is so badly damaged because of combustion, it has spread all the way up the glass. The glass turns PINK/INTERIOR CRACKS / MULTIPLE VISIBLE LINES/ GLASS TURNS FOGGY DIRTY APPEARANCE even when it’s clean...INSIDE METAL FRAME is HANGING/ NOT STRAIGHT...I have screenshots taken on my phone, of the conversations with this company and photos of the damaged glass. Also, these windows are under a one year warranty with this company. The owner had NO INTENTIONS of ever returning back last year after some of the glass windows were repaired. THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE WARRANTY TO EXPIRE AND NOT RETURN. If BBB needs more information regarding this please email me your questions and I will be happy to forward whatever is necessary.

    Ordered a large window, installed 3weeks late After installation, window was left dirty , I didn’t notice that there was spots in the middle of the double pane glass ,spots and glue at the bottom corner. I have called over and over again . Owner saying he would take care of it and never showing up. This has been going on for 4 months, paying $2050.00 for a window, I will keep will stop calling until I get it repaired or refund my money
