1/3/23, I took my $80k ***** ***** to My Wheel Doctor, ******* ***** ******* ******* **** ***** ********** ******* ******* **** ********* **** I was charged $2,200 +tax, plus 3.5% fee for using a credit card, to powder coat my wheels, install lug nuts, paint my calipers & put ***** back on them, blackout chrome trim with PAINT, & install my new license plates & license plate covers. I was guaranteed that my vehicle would be ready in ONE day, with a 100% satisfaction GUARANTEE, & a TEN year warranty. I was also promised a loaner car while the job was being done. Complaints: 1. They did NOT provide a loaner car. 2. They took FOUR days to finish, & when I asked them to send pics of the finished work before I drove an HOUR to come get my car, they did NOT, so I went anyway & had to sit for SIX HOURS because they still were NOT done. 3. They used cheap plastic dip for the blackout, NOT paint. 4. They painted my calipers the WRONG color & did NOT put ***** back on them. 5. They did NOT install new lug nuts. 6. They did NOT install my new license plates & covers. 7. They somehow ran down my battery & I had to buy a new one that cost me $300 dollars. 8. They told me not to take my car to a carwash for SIX MONTHS, & now I know why, because that cheap plastic dip material peeled off! I was lied to on so many levels in order to get my business, & besides the blackout peeling off, there was black overspray in every crack & crevice around my doors, taillights, rearview mirrors, & grill, & my car is WHITE. This was NOT a professional job. I was told by business owners who specialize in customizing high end cars, that you can get that plastic dip from *******. I'm willing to settle for a partial refund of $1,500 because I'm satisfied with the wheels & calipers, even though they're not the color I wanted. ALL OF THEM are con artists, they have about 10 different ph #s (I have them all), & the business goes by different names (I listed 5). I believe the owner's name is Yusef H*****
