    They are a awful Internet provider. Bait and switched us on the quality of our Internet. If I had any and I mean any other option I would switch

    Shady and unprofessional. My service didn't work for the past 30 plus days. They proceeded to blame me for this saying I reset the box, which I didn't. Then they wanted me to pay for the month it didn't work and for the next month even though it still wasn't working. I would have to wait for a new box to be sent and continue paying for service I didn't have. Now that I've canceled they took my payment for one month of no service and I have to pay out of pocket to ship their equipment back. I also found out I can get better service at half the price from a reputable company. I would NOT recommend blazing hog to anyone ever.

    I moved to the mountains but live in a town that has towers and businesses surrounding! Blazing Hog made it sound like I could work from home , stream videos all day every day and the service would never lag. I made it clear me and my mom don't have cable and steam all movies and her favorite it ******* ******. I bought 300GB with a tower across the street and paid over $400 but the last week of the month the 300GB would run out and my work computer wouldn't load! Almost lost my job because of it .. blazing Hog offers $49.99 to give me 100GB to last until the billing cycle restarted so I bought it right after upgrading to 500GB for $169.99 ( might as well round the .99 up!! ) They promised adding the extra data that morning and never did until I clocked out. Customer service doesn't answer! You have to leave a voicemail to get a text sent then they don't respond! Randomly they refunded me and then charged the wrong card. They only answer quick when your willing to give a card number or buy their Internet. I went with ******** that has unlimited data for cheaper $149! Once I cancelled blazing Hog they told me I have to keep the equipment and it now belongs to me ( what am I supposed to do with it?? ) Ugh their customer service alone made cancel... I was willing to pay whatever it took to save my job and have fast internet but blazing Hog didn't have reliable customer service. ******** has answered me every time I call or email! The Internet is great! Don't waste your time and money on blazing Hog it's a SHAM .. thank you for letting me post here.

    Tom with hog net is amazing . Even though their service could not help me. They tried to make it work for me and my stay at home job . Would recommend trying this company. It maybe exactly what you need in ur rural area .

    Excellent customer service, great internet service! We live in a very rural area with very limited internet options, but Blazing Hog works great! Their technicians reply quickly to reported issues and are so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend! I tried ****** their internet service was good, but there was NO customer service at all! Save yourself a lot of hassle and choose Blazing Hog! 10/10

    This company is a sham. I have given it my best shot. Many many moment with inadequate bandwith to stream video. Amazon, hulu, netflix will NOT stream due to the low levels of bandwith most of the time. I have done my best to work with this company. Don't be fooled by their statemets about 300G's of data blah blah blah. The name of the game is BANDWITH and you won't have any. By the time you try to resolve all the issues your two week trial will be over and you will be out over $400. My next option will be to report the Attorney General here in AZ. in hopes of getting some of my $ back but I won't be holding my breathe. Here is an example of BS gaslighting type of text messages from customer support: Blazing Hog: Blazing hog tech support, how may I assist you with your modem? Mary Ellen Britt: It's working but has no battery life Blazing Hog: It doesn't need a battery. Mary Ellen Britt: It indicates that it does have a battery incase of electrical outage But the battery is dead or not existing? The modem is not fully functional without It Blazing Hog: It doesn't require a battery to power on. Mary Ellen Britt: These responses are NOT answering my legitimate questions Blazing Hog: I understand your question but the modem does not need a battery nor are they sold here with us. That's just how the modem was made. Mary Ellen Britt: It Does need a battery in case of electrical power outage Please send me a modem WITH a battery as this is standard for EVERY company I have ever dealt with Blazing Hog: NO RESPONSE.

    Ms. *****, thank you for being a customer since first of October 2022. Unfortunately, none of our modems are equipped with batteries. We don't have batteries. If you would like a battery most likely Amazon would have them.

    If I could do less than 1 star I would. I’ve been with them for 2 or more years and it worked somewhat ok up until the last 6 months or so. I have spend hours and days on messaging with so called tech support but nothing was ever resolved. From the beginning, I told them T mobile did not work well in my area. Instead they said “get an antenna”, which I did ( twice actually) at over $100 and neither helped. The only Blazing part of this company is raising the monthly fee and collecting it! I’ve left messages at their phone number and never got a return call and as stated spend hours and even days with tech support. I did everything suggested to no avail. I canceled the service today and expect a refund of the balance of my month at a minimum since it’s been next to useless for months.
