            I bought a brand new home 3 years ago and it don't have leaks or no water damage but it does have mold in the walls due to a hole in the floor under the tub and i have reached out to the owner and service and my finance company due to them not wanting to fix it or call ******* homes to get it covered to fix it. I shouldn't after 3 years not be living in a home with mold. This was a complete waste of time and energy and not to top it off but our savings was this home. Someone should be held accountable for this. Now i have to have medical to start getting involved also becasue i do have all the affects of sleeping in a room that has moisture and mold growing.

            Ms. *****, Despite the fact that you are out of your retailer consumer warranties with our company and have no service requests or prior issues at all , we have reached out to the factory on your behalf to communicate your issues and concerns. Per your conversation with my partner, given that it has been Memorial Day weekend, we don’t expect a response until at the earliest, this morning when they open . We are sorry that you are having this issue and have done our best to handle this professionally and in a way that we would like to be treated if it was happening to us.
