    I ordered a **** product from this company. I had issues with it and wrote to them in the form of a survey. I asked them to remove me from their monthly subscription. I was advised to go online to manage it. I wrote to them stating I could not change my password. I've tried twice. I've called them and do not get a phone call back. I need this subscription stopped and would like the company to assist in closing out this subscription.

    Hello, I have not been in business in several years, I have never offered a subscription service, I have never heard of this person, and I never sold this type of product.  I sold soaps and aromatherapy products. So, I believe this was not meant for me.

    This complaint is resolved.  Once the company received the BBB Complaint, they cancelled my account.  Thank you for handling this so quickly.
