    We submitted a Formal Compliant Initiated by a Citizen to the Secretary of Humble Texas on this business owner Mr. Winston A Norman due to making verbal idle threats and inappropriate behavior in a public establishment during a Bowling League Event against my husband in front of numerous witnesses and children, women, young adults, bowling league members/teams and staff members while his hand was placed on a pouch strapped against his body under his arm as if he was holding something that could potential cause physical bodily harm while he was arguing and using foul language over an invoice bill due that we are currently paying on to him on a monthly basis since he started remodeling our main bathroom in September 2023 and completed late October 2023. This is unacceptable behavior and business practices on trying to resolve a bill due. He stated there will be "consequences" if he does not get his money. Mr. Norman's actions definitely shocked us and was alarming... Mr. Norman's actions was extremely profound and not call for under the circumstances in which was stated. We do not recommend this business for doing anything pertaining to home improvements or remodeling solely based on our experiences of the services rendered Not Satisfactory Conditions and behavior of the owner. Beware!!! He will resort to any degree and measures to get the money that is due to him no matter what. "Consequences"
