    I had to go there twice: first time to submit my designer merchandise worth around $300, second time to take it back the very next day. They absolutely DO NOT give/send you a receipt on accepted items, and I requested the receipt twice: in person after I submitted them in the afternoon and by phone as I called the shop shortly before their closing time. I also provided all possible contact information including phone number and email address. The young girl at the front desk has no clue how to do things and keeps doing that little girl talk “my sister told me” and “my sister said”. She lied to me on the phone that she would send an electronic receipt “in a few minutes”. She threw into trash a brand box for my designer shoes. Somebody has to teach her to apologize for the inconvenience and train her to run the shop or never allow her do it. Receiving payment from them must be a disaster. By the way, the shop is a total mess.
