            Kingwood location: I as charged for 2 days of boarding when my dog was actually supposed to be boarded for 1 day and groomed and picked up the next day. I am owed $38. My husband picked him up and he was never groomed. I went up there when I returned out of town and spent 25 minutes at the desk waiting for the young lady to rudely tell me I need to come back in the AM and speak to the manager after she helped every customer that came or called in after me. I've had a few issues with this place prior to my dog boarding. When I called up there I kept being put on hold forever and no one came back to the phone as if I am being dodged. The staff members are extremely rude and inattentive. The young lady said she has the notes and saw the notes on my pet's visit but the issue was above her. No resolution whatsoever. I live in Dallas and commute to Kingwood 1-2 times a month so coming in the AM is not convenient. His initial visit was setup over the phone and when I drove down there the young lady said my dog wasn't even in the computer so it was nothing she could do. That put us in a huge bind and I should have learned then.
