My car was at “Jason’s Tire and auto” (5300 FM 1960 E., Humble, TX 77346), from November 27th until December 7, 2021. When I picked up my car it was around 5:30 and it was dark. However, I noticed some white foam in the back seat. I thought that maybe it was some suds from soap. When I got home, my husband asked me how the car drove. I said it was fine but can you clean up the suds from the back seat? He said, “this is not soap but rather a hole in the backseat!”I could not believe it!! I had a hole in my back seat with leather shavings all over the seat!! I told my husband that we needed to go back to him immediately!! It was perfect upon bringing it to this place!! When we got to “Jason’s Tire & Auto”, Jay said…” it looks like a rodent"!! I told him that my car was perfect upon bringing it to you!! Looking further, we noticed that along with the hole in the seat, all my doors were chewed up and vandalized!!! He also had the tow hitch square from the front bumper off!! Unreal!! He tried to make it my problem and I didn’t know what to do. Not only was my car vandalized but I had reset my mileage upon leaving it there and had over 60 plus miles on it!! I asked him where he went and if he took my car home. He admitted to going to highway 45. That is a 30-minute trip one way from his business. That wasn’t a test drive but a joy ride!! It is December 26th and I still have a hole in the driver's side door and teeth marks on the passenger door. He did fix the other things but we were at his mercy because he didn't want to use his insurance. So, it took him until September 28th to do what he did. That took a week shy of 10 months!! Unreal!! I just would not wish this kind of treatment on anyone. It was a violation of trust! This was an unnecessary worry. How can an establishment think it is ok to take your car for a joy ride when you just brought it in for service?? I would not want anyone to have to go through this. Beware!!!
