              I did not think businesses like this existed anymore. They really, truly do stand by thier name. ************ came to fix my air conditioner on one of the hottest days of the year. He is very knowledgeble, professional, respectful, and effecient and took extra time to clean the coils and explain everything. I have been a homeowner for 25 years and this is the BEST company I have ever worked with. Most compainies in the area are price gauging and trying to sell "extra" stuff because it is over 100 degrees and it is an "emergency". They replaced a broken part (he actually had the new part with him and showed us why the old part stopped working) quickly and charged me an EXTREMELY fair price for the labor and service call fees. They came when they said and were able to fit me in on the same day. Honestly, they had me at "Hello". I called several companies (that did have good reviews on yelp also) before this one and the person answering the phone here had such a wonderful helpful attitude. The other places had a negative or apathatic attitude and did not seem they wanted to help me. The person at Honest seemed like they sincerely wanted to help me.
