We know he stated 2 months however, our son plays basketball and has not been able to practice at home since the pebbles were poured. We decided to just have ****** come finish it. That is when we started leaving ****** messages.I finally left him a message using my middle name and stated that I was looking for him to do a job. He actually called me back the day after I left the voice message. But, when he called me back I advised him who I was and told him I was looking for him to come back and finish the work he got paid to do. He stated he would send a worker that Friday. Worker never showed up. To this day no one has showed up to do any work at all. Now I am back to leaving message with no returned calls.

We entered into a contract with Texas Asphalt to chip seal a long driveway on our property. The work was done and for the most part we are pleased with the result. We have been served with a lien on our property in the amount of $7,570.34 for materials and supplies furnished by SCC Industrial LLC in support of this project, and for which Texas Asphalt has not paid. Numerous attempts have been made to contact ***************************** with no response whatsoever.
