      I placed order this order on May 3, 2024 for a total cost of $94.67. The company stated a delayed shipment of ***** days. It has now been ******************************************************************* return any sort of correspondence. I have formally submitted a cancellation request, but to no avail. This company needs to be shut down to prevent the stealing of consumer's money.

      Ordered replacement critter nation cage liner pans from them. Order was made on May 6. Almost two months later and no communication from the company and order still not fulfilled. I emailed them and send them a message on the website - and no reply.

      I purchased 2 deluxe chinchilla mansion packages and several other accessories. The first one was purchased in February and I was promise to receive it by the end of March. The second one was ordered in Early March. I was in contact with the owner asking him if I could add another cage to the order and receive it in time for the pick up date of my chinchillas. I did not receive the cages or accessories. I emailed asking for a refund for both cages and accessories since I didn't get them on time and I had to purchase critter nation cages instead. I got one returned email with questions that I answered and got no response or refund since. I did receive the one carrier, litter box and water bottle I ordered but nothing else and definitely no refund. I have sent several emails with zero response since. This is not how a business should run. Taking people's money and not refunding or getting the product out. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Their cages would have been nice though.

      I ordered some cage accessories on March 24, 2024, shortly after I received an email stating it could take a while to receive my order, like ***** days. Fast forward to May 20, 2024 my item finally shipped. On May 28, 2024 my item arrived to my residence. I opened the package and the items that were supposed to be custom fit for my cage did not fit at all. I contacted the company on June 2, 2024 explaining the issue, I contacted them again June 6, 2024. It is now June 14, 2024 and I have still not heard back from them. They do not offer any way to call them and you can only contact them via email which seems to be unmonitored. I do not recommend anyone use this company due to their lack of customer service.

      I have ordered from this company several times in the past. Shipping was slow, but understandable given the fact that I ordered made-to-order cage items. This time, I placed an order on 4/27/24 for chew sticks, lava ledges, etc. - items that are not custom fabricated. My credit card was charged the full amount due, and it is now 6/12/24 and I have received no products and no response to multiple emails other than canned emails with no information specific to my order. The last email said someone would respond to me within 48 hours.I have heard nothing. I cant even request a refund if no one replies! Now that I have researched their ******** page and this BBB site, I can see that this company has really failed to deliver product or customer service to many more people than myself. Unfortunate, because their products are excellent. Something has gone wrong with them and they need to step up or stop doing business. Feeling left with no other course of action, I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and am adding my complaint to the BBB.

      On April 18th 2024 I placed an order with this company. It said it would ship is 5-10 days. I emailed them May 1st, 13th, 18th and June 6. I also commented on there social medias and have heard no response.

      I placed an order with Quality Cage Crafters on 04/11/2024 for two metal shelves for my chinchilla cage. I paid $51.27. I have reached out several times over the last few months and have gotten no response from the company on an estimated ship day. The original shipping estimation was ***** days. It is well past the estimated shipping dates. I have tried reaching out on several social media platforms as well as email and have gotten zero response on when it will ship. I have requested a refund. I have heard nothing from the company at all.

      I ordered travel cages for my rabbits April 8, 2024 and have no sign of life on their end. I have emailed them countless times with only one response. That response was that it would be shipped in a few days. Two weeks later, I have yet to see or hear a thing from them. These cages would have been so nice as we have been transporting rabbits in cardboard boxes to different shows and what not. I was really excited about these cages but it seems I will be demanding a refund and taking my money elsewhere.

      This is not the first time I've ordered from them. Usually I have great customer service but this time they have SERIOUSLY dropped the ball. I placed on order on 2/19/2024 for a deluxe package chinchilla mansion with the new steel shelves instead of the wood. I emailed them to make sure they saw that & got a response within 24 hours that they did & they'll keep me updated every step of the way. Sweet deal! 3/11/2024 I get my first update saying it's been moved into production and I'll be receiving an update in 1-3 business days about shipping and then a final email with tracking. I've checked all my folders, especially the spam/junk folder and I didn't receive anything! I emailed them back on 4/4/2024 asking for an update, got an automated reply saying someone will get back to me in 48 hours. NOTHING! I reached out again on 4/8/2024, same ordeal: automated reply, no response. 4/15/2024 I reach out on Instagram and I still have not heard from them!

      March 8th of 2024, I ordered two cage pieces with a shipping date of ***** days of purchase. I have reached out five times by email and no resolution to the issue and it has been well over a month since purchase
