Purchase 4 items through their website on July 7th, 2024. Have not received my order. The company is not answering the phone or replying to emails. I have reached out via email and through their "contact us" on their website, with no reply. I'm going through the process to get refunded with my bank.Initial Complaint

I purchased a chinchilla mansion which was over ****** more then 2 months ago. I have written multiple emails with no response. They provide no phone number to contact anyone. At this point if the cafe can not be provided I want my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered a customized cage and nesting box on 05/03/2024. I paid $509.37 for this order and the order details stated it would be approximately 4 to 6 weeks for my items to be completed and delivered. After no product was received from Quality Cage Crafters at 7 weeks from my order placement, I began to reach out to them to inquire on the status. I called the number listed for them on BBB and only received a voicemail. The voicemail states they are not answering calls due to COVID and due to preparing orders. Regardless, I left a voicemail, asking them to contact me. I also used the contact forum on their website. I immediately received an autogenerated email from them, stating they received my request and I would be contacted within 48 hours. Lastly, I sent them a direct email, with no reply received. After no one from Quality Cage Crafters made any attempts to contact me, I went through these same avenues again and again and again. Today, 07/23/2024, is 11 weeks and 4 days from when the order was placed. This business needs to be stopped from taking money from individuals and not following through with their goods and services.Initial Complaint

I placed order this order on May 3, 2024 for a total cost of $94.67. The company stated a delayed shipment of ***** days. It has now been ******************************************************************* return any sort of correspondence. I have formally submitted a cancellation request, but to no avail. This company needs to be shut down to prevent the stealing of consumer's money.Initial Complaint

Ordered replacement critter nation cage liner pans from them. Order was made on May 6. Almost two months later and no communication from the company and order still not fulfilled. I emailed them and send them a message on the website - and no reply.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 deluxe chinchilla mansion packages and several other accessories. The first one was purchased in February and I was promise to receive it by the end of March. The second one was ordered in Early March. I was in contact with the owner asking him if I could add another cage to the order and receive it in time for the pick up date of my chinchillas. I did not receive the cages or accessories. I emailed asking for a refund for both cages and accessories since I didn't get them on time and I had to purchase critter nation cages instead. I got one returned email with questions that I answered and got no response or refund since. I did receive the one carrier, litter box and water bottle I ordered but nothing else and definitely no refund. I have sent several emails with zero response since. This is not how a business should run. Taking people's money and not refunding or getting the product out. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Their cages would have been nice though.Initial Complaint

I ordered some cage accessories on March 24, 2024, shortly after I received an email stating it could take a while to receive my order, like ***** days. Fast forward to May 20, 2024 my item finally shipped. On May 28, 2024 my item arrived to my residence. I opened the package and the items that were supposed to be custom fit for my cage did not fit at all. I contacted the company on June 2, 2024 explaining the issue, I contacted them again June 6, 2024. It is now June 14, 2024 and I have still not heard back from them. They do not offer any way to call them and you can only contact them via email which seems to be unmonitored. I do not recommend anyone use this company due to their lack of customer service.Initial Complaint

I have ordered from this company several times in the past. Shipping was slow, but understandable given the fact that I ordered made-to-order cage items. This time, I placed an order on 4/27/24 for chew sticks, lava ledges, etc. - items that are not custom fabricated. My credit card was charged the full amount due, and it is now 6/12/24 and I have received no products and no response to multiple emails other than canned emails with no information specific to my order. The last email said someone would respond to me within 48 hours.I have heard nothing. I cant even request a refund if no one replies! Now that I have researched their ******** page and this BBB site, I can see that this company has really failed to deliver product or customer service to many more people than myself. Unfortunate, because their products are excellent. Something has gone wrong with them and they need to step up or stop doing business. Feeling left with no other course of action, I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and am adding my complaint to the BBB.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Quality Cage Crafters on 04/11/2024 for two metal shelves for my chinchilla cage. I paid $51.27. I have reached out several times over the last few months and have gotten no response from the company on an estimated ship day. The original shipping estimation was ***** days. It is well past the estimated shipping dates. I have tried reaching out on several social media platforms as well as email and have gotten zero response on when it will ship. I have requested a refund. I have heard nothing from the company at all.
