    Purchased four Bento ball dog treats with ball. Store I bought from did curbside pickup sold me mental ball without treat inside. ********************* rude and condescending. Refuse to replace Bento ***** Bento ***** that I have used for years to keep the dogs busy. The girls answering the phone were rude to me and could care less. I want my four Bento ball treats replaced I am giving a picture as an example unfortunately I don't have my receipt from Pets Plus anymore. The Bento ***** are no good without the treats inside and I don't feel like I should have to purchase treats if I don't have to or not until it's time.

    I attempted calling the number on the BBB complaint *************, however I am receiving an invalid number message.

    Sorry to hear that you received 4 Bento ***** that did not contain the Everlasting Treat on the inside. If you will please provide a good shipping address, we will *** 2 sets of Everlasting treats. They each contain 2 treats, so you will have 4. I will also need the size of Bento ***** you purchased.

    If you happen to have the original packaging available, it would be helpful if you could take a photo of the lot/date code printed on the back. This will help us to identify the source of this occurrence.
