A terrible place and terrible staff, including the staff at the regional office. I was supposed to move in on 3/4/22. They promised that the unit is ready, made me go through the application process and fees, then on the 4th, they said there are still a couple of issues to be fixed, so postponed my move-in date to 3/7/22. The specific issues they indicated were to replace the refrigerator and install blinds. I finally got the keys at 4pm on 3/7/22, when I entered the unit, there were still people working and said they needed few more hours to wrap up their work. The unit was obviously not even cleaned because there was still work under progress. The crew left at 6pm or 7pm, and I started to check things and found numerous broken things: 1. Front door does not have a working dead bolt, instead there is whole in the door on the inside where the dead bolt is supposed to be. 2. The refrigerator they were supposed to replace was not done and the one that is in the unit is so beaten up with tons of dents and huge scratches. 3. The garbage disposal would not turn on 4. Dishwasher had thick layer of black mold inside and unit was not working 5. The ceiling fans with the light fixtures are broke. The light could not be turned off. Either I can have both light and fan or nothing. 6. Water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower was so low, could not event clean my toothbrush properly. 7. Toilet seat was so dirty and looks like the same one from when the apartment was built 40 years ago (though I learned that they are supposed to replace the toilet seat with every lease) 8. The mailbox keys given to me did not work when I tried to check the mail after a week or so. 9. Stove top coils were broke 10. Patio/balcony door could not be locked easily. Have to slam it hard to be able to lock. 11. No lock for the bedroom door 12. Bathroom door lock does not work 13. Screen door does not lock 14. Cabinet drawers in the kitchen won't open 15. Several other issues, I ran out of space!!
