            My services were interrupted for non payment due to a technical issue on the companys behalf. Although I tried rectifying it before interruption, apparently the issue was not addressed in a timely manner on the companys behalf. After several outreach, I was able to collect owed invoices and make payments. I requested for my address to be restored and confirmed it would be. I was informed that the team would work on having it restored to my account, but it was not confirmed until later. I reached out serveral times to confirm if the account was active and recieved no response. I later brougth this to the manager Sijos attention **************************************** She insisted on charging for services that I did not render and failed to take ownership of the ball dropped or lack of communication on the companys behalf. If you are looking for a mailing services, I do not recommend this company.

            This company is a scam I looked this company up per a You Tube review, signed up for the free services, was told i would be getting clientele for notary work, that never happened, then I put my card information in there just as a just in case if i receive clientele for notary services I set up dates in my calendar thinking i was going to receive clientele, this never happened, I had then in February of 2023 made several attempts to cancel the apps and the services on the app it does not have a button or a link to terminate services on the Exela RN app, I was able to terminate the ******* app, but at this point I am going to pursue legal charges against this company for not refunding my monies when I no longer used their lack of services February 2023, and they are continuing to charge my card for services I no longer wanted or need. I have pictures and emails of everything that has transpired. I want my money back. Period.
