              I took my truck in to be washed when I got it back they done something to the *** port, causing it to no longer work when I plugged my phone in for CarPlay. I know for a fact, it worked before because I use It every day and had used it to get to the car wash. I spoke to the assistant manager he understood it himself, and then called the general. ****** said he couldnt be sure if they did it or it happened before so he essentially called me a liar. A little bit if I Seemed shady or something, To be honest, very nice vehicle and it was just very nice for pork. Asked to speak to the general manager they said he wasnt there. They gave me his name and phone number. I called a few times. He never answered a voicemail and never received a call back.

              Wash Master Carwash ********** damage my car! They broke my tail light and they refuse to pay the damages. Their policy "they don't cover vehicles older than 5 years" which for me that is insane. I spoke to ****** the ********** "manager" who is very rude and made up excuses that my car was already damage when clearly on their video you can see how their machine broke off my tail light. This business is nasty and unprofessional and don't care about their customers cars! Beware and don't wash your car at this location! They prefer to lose a membership customer over fixing a $100 tail light cover! Worst service ever will filed BBB complaint!
