    Not once have I received an invoice that explains what my charges are. I have contacted them multiple times asking for a breakdown of charges so I can understand them before paying them. Instead, they have sent me to collections. There are a lot of better options out there. I would avoid sphere.

Avoid at all costs.1) overpriced - besides the monthly fee, we were getting way overcharged for the amount of cash going through my sushi restaurant. 2) bad and malicious business practices - I requested early termination of my account, and authorized the early termination fee. However, this fee was never charged, and instead I continue to get monthly fees, despite 10+ calls, and attempts to rectify this issue and repeated promises of callbacks and resolution. I don't know how many times i've been told that the account rep and the manager is out to lunch.

    0 stars. Awful company that charges ridiculous cancellation fees and will deliberately stall to delay the process for the consumer. We never authorized or consented to an automatic yearly renewal and were getting charged $399 in June 2023. When we asked for the full official terms and conditions document (that they say they sent but we never received when we signed up 3 years ago, by the way), our agent J** E******* tell us that the system have been having issues lately. We ask when theyll be able to provide it and the answer I received was left at I dont know and/or wait 24 hours. When we request to cancel the account since we did not receive the terms and conditions and thus did not receive informed consent of the auto-renewal charge, were told theyll charge $4,316.29 to cancel and is on the verge of getting sent to collections and that the only reason it hasnt been sent there yet is because you requested the T&C. (Yeah, OK. How do you not have an offline copy of the T&C to begin with anyway?) They also mention we need a cancellation form, which took them several days to reach us by the way. We have called and called several times to attempt to cancel this account and every single step of the way is such a delayed and long process for no reason whatsoever. Again, WE NEVER RECEIVED INFORMED CONSENT OF AUTO RENEWAL and were being charged $4,316.29 for something the company failed to provide. The resolution we want is no charge at all due to lack of T&C. You said you sent it but we never got it. No agent is of any help any time we call and were told it was in the terms. I cannot believe this companys entire business model is s**** you, read the terms, and then stall every step of the way. Avoid this business like the plague.     Sphere is the worst company I ever worked with. I had to pick a star to post this. I give them zero stars! They steal your money by charging your bank account over and over. Every time I try to close my account with them, getting no where. 1st I was told not to do anything and the account will automatically close due to nonactivity and he would make sure its done. Trying to get some answers calling and calling getting no satisfaction. They've been taking money out of my account for 3 years well over $3000. This last time I was told I had to pay $495 to close the account. Why would I have to do that. I am expecting the $3000 in my account. If it is not there immediately I will call and report them to the necessary people. **********

    We are a small business and this company came recommended. What actually happened was horrible especially for us little guys. We ordered equipment that was supposed to have a cell signal while we used it on our coffee truck. They tried 3 different times and could never get it up and running properly. So they agreed to cancel our contract and we returned the device. The problem was that they never sent the cancellation form, not only that but when they received the equipment nobody emailed to let ** know we needed that. So fast forward 2 years later and we were still being charged $108.00 per month for a service that never worked properly. That is $2562 over the course of 2 years we lost. Dont worry they offered to give ** a refund of a whopping $300 and blamed ** for not knowing we needed that form. This company is a rip off and is good at playing the victim when they take from small businesses. Do yourself a favor and run if the opportunity is ever presented to use them.
