1 starThis company lies every time I call to check on why Im not getting electrical utilities to my home that has been sitting at the location for over 10 years and 7-8 years of trying to get the meter installed which shouldnt be difficult to do. Trieagle also come up with excuses just like Centerpoint energy, I call one party and they give me false info and it seems as they already in it together because they always say that there is no meter box nor pole, or that there is already power installed, or they show up to the wrong location, Ive even heard that they cant give me a courteously call to that theyre 30 min on the way so that I can put my dog up for everyones safety and I was told that they will give me a call but now theyre saying that they wont give me a call. You see I know that they are going to lie again and not call just so they cant do install my meter on the post just like when they lied saying I have no meter box nor post when I actually do have it but for them to show up and tell me that they need all this things updated in which my electrician did and charged me nearly $1,000 so how do I not have a pole and meter box when centerpoint energy placed the tag on the meter box/ pole. The first time centerpoint energy didnt even show up and now I have to chase them around by calling them nearly everyday because all they did was cancel my order and I had to start all over again just because they didnt want to work. You see they are all liars with false promises and if you dont believe me just read the reviews and complaints on the BBB website. And after calling trieagle they also told me to there was no post nor meter box, at times theyd tell me that there is a meter confusing me but thats when I offered to have them all 3 way call and we did but centerpoint hung up the phone once trieagle answered the call and trieagle never called back. This is harassment and discrimination at its finest and Im disabled!Review fromZoi J

1 starThis company has the worst customer support team. They do not listen do not understand simple english and communication is terrible to get assistance. The company states to call 211 for assistance to seek assistance to have the bill paid for you like a charity, then the charity calls to pay and they do not accept the payment from the charity. They keep referring to contact Money Grams Services and they charge another ***** dollars to make a payment to TriEagle. How is it that a charity is paying the account and they deny the payments. This companies policies are not for the benefit and comfort of the customer! They will deny you the corporate and legal *****Review fromDavid C

1 starI was mislead with a 3 year plan, fixed rate of ****** per month and any under usage would be credited for the next 12 month with same or lower rate. Any overage usage would raise my monthly pymt. the following 12 months. Well ystdy I received an email with a balloon pymt. due for $1,400.00 for over usage for prior 12 months. I would never have agreed to a balloon payment, that's ridiculous . I asked to listen to my recorded agreement ; waiting on a call back.Review fromTasha

1 starLiars and manipulators just to get your business. I called TriEagle Energy on 4 March 2024 with the notion that service will be turned on 15 March 2024. My first question I asked is do their company pay the Early Termination fee that will be charged from my then current company. I was informed that TriEagle Energy will cover up to $250 of the Early Termination fees. I received my last bill from my former company along with the Early Termination fee and contacted TriEagle Energy to find out what my next steps will be to have the $250 paid and I was told they do not offer to pay any portion of the Early Termination fee. My husband contacted TriEagle Energy to inquiry about the payment of the Early Termination fee and he was basically told the same thing I was told which is they would pay up to $250. ***** (thats how he introduced himself and he is the same exact person I spoke with on my call) stated 1 thing different and that is you will have to pay the entire bill off with the old company and then TriEagle Energy will credit your bill with them for $250. I will pay this Early Termination fee and revisit this situation to see if TriEagle Energy keeps their word.I further dont like how all of these Energy companies are being ran by people who dont even live in *******. Every person I am spoken to has answered my question of if they are in ***************** or not and the answers are all the same. NO! Now I need to know if there are any companies left that are solely and all inclusive to *****************!Review fromDeborah P

They sent me an email that my electric will be disconnected.I gave them the conf # from my bank. They still think I should pay them a second time because they don't know what they are doing and can not find my payment.Review fromLaura C

1 starI started my service with tri eagle in 2018 Ive been with them ever since until now! I had my services transferred to my new address recently after moving and I had the worst experience ever. After sending the service to the wrong service ID number 3 times they then all of a sudden lose all of my account information the account numbers dont exist even though I have all the bills since 2018! I spoke to several people in customer service who couldnt help me I asked for a supervisor several times to be told it wasnt one on hand to help me! They said they would resolve it after I asked to cancel my service 3 times. I have all the paperwork to prove that they were negligent in every aspect of our interaction! Dont do business with this company they tried to make me pay a deposit and I didnt finish my monthly cycle period they ended my services without giving me my full bill cycle!Review fromAnthony V

1 starcontacted TriEagle to provide service to my new condo in *******, **. I spoke with a representative on Thursday afternoon and the power was supposed to be activated the next day (Friday). The same day I had contractors resurface the hardwood flooring in my new condo ($4000) and the floors were supposed to dry on Friday and through the weekend and we were going to move in on Monday.Saturday morning when I opened the door and reached in to turn a light on to check and make sure that the heat was on I noticed that there was NO power to the condo. I called TriEagle at 830am, it turns out that they had made a mistake on the condo # and subsequently there was no order placed to turn the power on. When I explained the situation to the representative all I was told was that they were sorry for the mistake, I asked to speak with a manager and was told that there was nobody available to speak to me and that they would have someone call me back as soon as they could. They told me that there was nothing that could be done and that they wouldn't be able to turn the power on until Monday, possibly Tuesday. 6 hours later that day, still no call back from TriEagle so I called again and was again told that there was no manager available to speak with me and nothing they could do.I hung up and called TXU Energy, spoke with a rep and had power turned on to the condo within 2 hrs. I never did get a call back from TriEagle.ABSOLUTE **** POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! There are a lot of ********************** providers to choose from, I have no idea how a company like this is able to survive in this market with that level of customer service.Review fromT0 C

1 starThey are a complete scam and fraud of what they advertise. DO NOT waste your time with this company. Annual plan contracts with set rates are ********, they do not honor it. They use the **** fees to justify additional charges. I have two other friends that use TriEagle, September **** fees Friend 1.) $7.05, Friend 2.) ****** (yes a deduct), Me $55.17. Can you guess which one of us has a lower, higher and on-point "fixed rate"? I have all three bills showing proof of my statement and will be publishing through varies outlets. Stay away!
