      Had a person come to my door saying they were there to make sure I was getting a credit on my electric bill for solar panels. Told me it wasnt there and I needed to call this number to make sure it gets added on. He had me do it infront of him and he was telling me what I needed to say. I stopped the call because the questions he was having me answer were red flags. I never finished setting everything up but received a letter saying my ameren accounts were switched over to IG&E. I called and canceled it as soon as possible because I did not authorize this. Do not work with this company. They are frauds.

      I would like to express my real feelings about this corrupt and shady company, but most likely it wont be posted. Anyway, all the complaints below are 1000% correct and accurate. I spoke with a woman named ****** who is trained like a robot to emphasize to you over and over, that once you sign, youre stuck with that agreement. They hire these unscrupulous salespeople to lie and deceive. I suggest that everyone who has been a victim of this scam, to please contact the Attorney General. I cant empathize enough that we have the power to eradicate this company from their shady and unethical practices.

      In the mail today we received two letters from PAG&E thanking us for switching our ************** and *********** accounts over to their company. We never requested or authorized any switch. We called PAG&E and talked to an agent who immediately cancelled the switch. She told us the agent who requested the switch was named ** ****. We never heard of that person and never talked to anyone by that name. The phone number attached to the switch was one we never heard of and never called it or had them call us.

      Terrible scam company. A person called ********************* came to my door to see if it was a protection plan, but it was a fixed-rate switch contract. If you ever see someone with this company's sign, don't answer your door

      A woman came to our door and spouted all this great stuff about our bill being lower. We are on a fixed income and I researched more into the company and find out that your electric bill almost triples. S**** ILG&E

      This company has representatives out lying disguising themselves as Com ed employees when it's the farthest from the truth and scamming people to get their business

      We signed up and when it finally got changed over the cost of electric doubled. No savings as promised. Now comes the fight to get it removed from my bill.

      This company is full of scammers and fraud. They prey on older people and try to add $600 more charges to your bill when its really only $300. The reps nor the supervisors know how to do their jobs and are liars. Supervisor ******* couldnt even give me a reason why my account was charged if I cancelled in December. Pay attention to your bill and CANCEL them. Write down your confirmation #s and also the reps and supervisors you speak with . BE AWARE !!!!

      Illinois Gas & Electric advised ComEd to change my service, I received a letter from ComEd stating on January 25th my service provide will be Illinois Gas & Electric. I had no contact with Illinois Gas & Electric this change was done without my consent. I contacted ComEd and canceled the change. Illinois Gas & Electric couldn't provide a logical why the change happen. Go figure.....

      Tell me why one of your salespeople - ********************* - is on/near the ****** campus and telling students they can get free ipod pros if they get their parents electric bill and sign them up for this program. These students dont pay the bill, arent on the bill and have no authority to change the service provider. Oh, and he discovered the iPod pros are fake - cheap versions in white apple box. What a fraud. Such a scam. Dont fall for this.
