      Impossible to reach anyone. Attorney requested a payoff several days ago and they have refused to provide it. Nobody will even talk to us on the phone or respond to emails. Malpractice.

      They think they own you. Their escrow service will is terrible, and they refuse to let you cancel the escrow. My taxes went down by 60% (primary residence) and they raised the escrow despite having a corrected bill from the county. They now collect 50% too much, will not adjust, pay me no interest, and wont let me cancel. GO TO OTHER LENDER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

      I have been a consumer for over 11 years of service. A *** tax department human error found by me of *** paying the wrong property taxes for 1 year. This in turn ended up with me having to pay $200 additional each month. It took 6 months for me to verbally speak to someone, after multiple email and telephone attempts. I am still awaiting verbal communication; apology or reimbursement has been given to me by ***.

      I do not understand the current average stars. My experience was pleasant and issue reasonably resolved. The agent I spoke with listen to my issue was very professional, and was quickly able to resolve it.

      This company's employees are trained to make people fail. They are not veteran friendly and will try to make you miss payments, change the processing method monthly and send correspondence to previous addresses. Please do not do business with this company!
