I been trying to refinance my car since Ive been with them and I cant seem to get away every time I look my payments would be taken off like I didnt pay no matter when. The chat always down. I was also told my loan wasnt being reported on my credit. They dont even have it when you can see your loan documents online. If I couldve left no stars I wouldve.

This is a horrible company to work with. I had trouble from the start. I paid the loan off in July 2023 and they took 3 months to get my title to me and I had to work hard to get that done. Now, 7 months later they have been fraudulently reporting on my credit report. The loan STILL isnt being shown as paid off. I would really think about it before you do business with this company.

Servicing Solutions, LLC (Servicing Solutions) is in receipt of our customers review, and we welcome this opportunity to respond to help clarify and resolve the matter.  Please allow this letter to serve as our formal response.

Our records confirms that our customer refinanced a vehicle with the ************************** (****), on May 10, 2023, for which Servicing Solutions was the servicer of the loan.

A review of our customers payment history confirms that we received payment from our customer on August 11, 2023.  Once the payment posted, the customers account was marked paid in full, with an effective date of August 10, 2023.

On September 8, 2023, we received notification that our customers title was released and mailed to the customers address on file.  Subsequently, on September 11, 2023, we provided our customer a Paid in Full letter via the email address we have on file.

Upon receipt of our customers review, we investigated her credit history and identified that our customers account was inadvertently not updated since July 31, 2023.

On January 24, ****, an ************************ (AUD) form was submitted to the credit-reporting agency (Experian), requesting to update her account trade-line.

We would like to thank our customer for bringing this to our attention so we could review and ensure all reporting is accurate.  Moreover, Servicing Solutions would like to sincerely apologize to the customer for any inconvenience she may have experienced due to this inadvertent error.

As of January 25, ****, we confirmed through a bullseye report from Experian that our trade-line is reporting our customers credit history accurately as Paid in Full as of August 10, 2023.

In closing, we would like to thank you for this opportunity to respond, and hope that we have helped to clarify the matter for the customer. If our customer has additional questions or concerns, she may contact Servicing Solutions directly at ************.

Servicing Solutions, LLC (Servicing Solutions) is in receipt of the customers above referenced review, and we welcome this opportunity to respond to help clarify and resolve the matter.  Please allow this to serve as our formal response.

Our records confirm that our customer financed a vehicle with ****, on August 4, 2022, for which Servicing Solutions is the servicer of the loan.

On June 26, 2023, we received notification through our customers banking institution that her Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment dated for June 18, 2023, was returned unpaid as the payment was stopped.  Unfortunately, this resulted with our customer defaulting with her monthly payment that was due on June 18,2023.

Through our numerous telephone communications with our customer, she informed us that she became a victim of identity theft and her bank account was compromised, causing her bank account on file to be closed, preventing the payment on June 18, 2023 to be completed.  In an effort to provide assistance, we suggested sending her monthly payment by mail.

On July 5, 2023, our customer informed us her payment was returned to her as undelivered, as she used an incorrect mailing address.  We provided our customer with the correct mailing.  Unfortunately, our customer did not specify her intention of mailing her payment via an overnight service.  Through this misunderstanding, our customer was given a *********** Box address intended for customers sending regular mail.

A thorough review of our call records confirms that no representatives or supervisor discredited any concerns that our customer expressed during her conversations with us regarding an unexpected delay on receiving and processing the money order she sent via an overnight service.

On July 10, 2023, our customer called along with a representative from her local ************* ************** ****** ******* in an effort to bring clarity regarding the status of her payment.  We advised our customer and the **** representative that we have not processed the money order and inquired whether placing a stop payment on the money order would be an option, the **** representative advised that it would not be possible within thirty days of the money order being issued.

On July 11, 2023, we were able to process our customers money order of $229.00, crediting her past due payment for June 2023, making her account current and in good standing.

In closing, we would like to thank you for this opportunity to respond, and hope that we have helped to clarify the matter for the customer. If our customer has additional questions or concerns, she may contact Servicing Solutions directly at ************.
