    I received a recall on my ********************* February 2024. I contacted Westway Ford in February, the closest **** dealer to me, about this recall. They have told me they don't have the part and they'll call me if the part comes in. I took the car in today, November 18 after multiple phone calls over the summer, and they said nope don't have the part, we'll call you. This has been ongoing for 10 months. WORST dealer service ever. I have filed a complaint with the *****. Obviously Westway Ford is not interested in selling nor servicing vehicles.

    Westway Ford uses deceptive sales practice and the bai and switch on new and used cars. At first I was told I was approved for a 2024 **** Bronco Sport but then told I was approved for a 2023 ******* *******. I signed the papers and never got a copy of my contract. And there was a loud noise coming from then enhine or transmission. while driving on the highway. They made me finalize with the bank and then said to trade the car in for what I wanted. Well that wasn't the case. They could have given me the car I wanted because the car was not funded when I came back the next day. I eventually took the car back by using Texas Finance law *******, which means if the buyer did not receive a copy of the contract, then the buyer has a right to rescind the contract. So that's what I did. I had to involve my bank to get my down payment back. I want the car I was supposedly approved for. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

    I would not recommend anyone buy a car at Westway Ford. After owning mine less than 1 month, it has had multiple issues that should have been noted and addressed in the "172 point inspection" they claim to do on their pre-owned cars. Within the last month, I've been sold a car with dangerously overinflated tires, and the check engine light came on 2 weeks after purchase. After multiple attempts to reach out to Westway for assistance via phone, in person visits, and emails, they have either not responded or given me answers that any legitimate mechanic would find laughable. I discussed my concerns with ***************************** and ********************* in person multiple times, and reached out to ************************* and ********************* via email, and received no response from either. After receiving no support from the dealership, I took the car to an independent mechanic, who has estimated it will be at least $1000 to fix the issues with the car I just spent $17K on after Westway assured me that it was safe and in good working condition. I cannot emphasize how much I would caution anyone against buying a car here. My experience has been horrible, and Westway has made no effort to correct the issues caused by their oversight and negligence. ************************ here is nonexistent as soon as you write them a check, go anywhere else.

    Do not bring your car to service here,. Im not sure if they are under new management or what but they do not know how to properly communicate with their clients nor share details. I have not had such a bad experience - a simple two tire ***************** swap turned into 3/4 days of excuses and lies. Just terrible service!

    This is a bait and switch operation. They emailed me 4 trucks with detailed information with vin numbers, mileage, and their sale price. The sales person also confirmed the availability and prices on the phone. The sale person was super nice on the phone. When I went there, I noticed that the mileage on the trucks were all around few thousand miles, and they added $6K over their advertised price for **************. When you object to those, they become very rude. Unbelievable.

    This place is an absolute JOKE. Heres a quick synopsis of my experience. My husband and I proceeded to trade in a truck for a truck they had and the process was very time consuming because we couldnt agree to terms to begin with. Once we FINALLY agreed to terms, we left with our new vehicle. We were given no copys of contracts (after requesting several times). We were promised the would be email to us within a 24 hour period.(Finance Manager ***********************) That never happened. 10 days later **** calls us telling us that we have to resign because our rates went up and our payment went up after agreeing to terms 10 days before. We decided to back out. We no longer wanted the truck or the deal they were offering. We came back to the dealership to be informed that they have sent our vehicle (that we still own because the contract had been voided) TO AUCTION. None of the managers would talk to me husband or I to get things sorted out. We had to have a messenger (our sales guy) go back and fourth with them to get any answers about where our truck was and when we could get it back. Upon request, they still were never able to give us a copy of our voided contract. They lost our 2nd key that we gave to them when trading vehicles, they trashed our plates and registration sticker and I had to get police involved to come to a solution. Needless to say, these people in here are running scams and s******* people over.

    Purchased a used **** Explorer and after 5 days called and told me to bring it back as they didn't have the title! After much stress and arguing I was able to buy a new Explorer. Long story short vehicle that was turned back in still had the paper tag with mine and my husband's name. Someone at the dealership was driving the vehicle multiple times a day on the toll roads and ran up over $600 in tolls and that was 7 months ago! They still owe $253 and I am being threatened by the **** and judgement is bein taken against us!! I will be filing a lawsuit in small claims to get this handled. I'm DONE!!! Worst customer support ever!!! And the general manager won't even get on the phone to discuss!@

    This company does not payoff trade in vehicles in a timely matter. I am a lienholder on a vehicle that Westway Ford had in their possession for almost two months and did not payoff. My company ended up having to repossess the vehicle from Westway Ford's lot.

    I'm filing a small claims court case against Westway Ford they are refusing to issue my son's refund regarding a car he hasn't received then they stated the he would receive a refund in 3-5 but dont want to put it in writing. So I'm filing a police report Tuesday morning I will be filing for small claims court and I just left a voicemail for I-team investigation and reported them for scamming.
