This company charged my account with out my consent. I never even heard of this company before. Fraud beware.

I was charged $140.23 to my debit card from this company. I have never heard of this company before and have never purchased anything in the dietary world online. Sure, it's possible my card could have been compromised. My biggest issue is when I call they cannot provide me with a reference or confirmation number with the refund they are saying they are going to provide me. There was no information about how My card was charged And what for. They were very quick to offer a refund without verifying any information which gave me red flags. I have no way to block this business from accessing my account again. I was given a transaction ID which my bank said isn't useful to them. I really hope I receive this refund that they say they are going to get me, because I have no idea why I was even charged in the first place. Be weary.Zurvita Response
