    ****** is a company with very high work ethic and we absolutely recommend it. Two years ago we hired ****** Pools to re-plaster our pool with **** Quartz [Key West]. ****** subcontracted the plaster to ****** who did a great job but ****** performed the start up which, due to incorrect practices [hot start not recommended by the manufacturer, not testing/adding calcium and not using a sequestering agent during the pool fill up] resulted in an etched plaster with pool dust. Subsequently, when we called for the plaster issues ****** incorrectly diagnosed the problem as scale and recommended another acid bath which further torched the plaster. After the total lack of service from ******, ****** Pool and Plastering took it upon themselves to buff the plaster that now looks a lot better as the etching is gone. We are very pleased with ****** professional attitude and appreciate very much their efforts to put this plastering nightmare to an end. Also as we understand, Romos did the work on their own without compensation from ******.
