Complaining on this company they have no working cameras out battery was stolen off of my box truck. Mr.T****** was also double collecting $ for a parking spot I was paying while my truck was in shop & he was collecting from someone else who was parking in my spot. Another complaint my door to my storage was broken the entire time I rented. Was told it would be fixed and never was but they made sure they harassed you about paying. We also where given one price then raised this year alone he has raised rent 2x already and it's barely April. You can never get ahold of Mr . T****** and the man that runs it is Mr.J*** and he is rude. When I complained he said he we don't like the way they do business to move out. Great customer service wouldn't you say ï''ï''

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/05/19) */ * Her statement about us bouble charging is false. * In 2 yrs that they have been here rent went up $30. * storage door is to be kept maintain by customer. He/she is the only person with the container key. *on 3 occasions they left sevral trash bags of trash, and/ or use dirty clothed just throw on the ground or toss over the fence to private property. * on other occasions 2 or 3 time I had to call them and ask them to remove their vehicles out of other parking space that they weren't paying for. * All these are causes for eviction. But in their opinion im the bad guy. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/05/23) */ I am not satisfied with this response because #1 I am not laying about the rent raise. Our rent went from $85 when we signed up to $120 per spot. You can stop by and verify with any other customer that parks at the locations they have. The location I'm at is storage in the back and car sales in the front of the building. Hate is never locked. The storage bin we did have yes we had a key but the door was broken and Mr.**** was supposed to fix it and never did. The trash issue is a bold face lie tell them to send proof of this. When we moved in Mr.J*** did say guys left behind a few pieces of trash but we did go out and pick up the stuff around our trucks and haven't had any issues about trash in over 1.5 years. We went from 4 spots to 1 spot so there is no one in and out leaving trash bags and all that nonsense he his lying about. He also didn't mention he was collecting doubled from May til July on a spot we paid for but someone else was packing in that same spot and paying for it. Here is the proof of the rent raise and proof of when out battery got stolen and he said they have no working cameras. I have no reason to lie and for them to run a business and be lying that should tell you what type of people they are and business they run. Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2022/05/25) */ 2nd Responds. 1) Rent Raise. Because of the way the economy is and property tax going up and if we ( our company) wants to keep competitive with our competitors we have to raise the rent in order to keep business running. We do not offer long term signing contracts. Rent is on a month to month basis meaning that customers can move out at any given month with a moving out notice by phone or text on their last day. We reserve the right to raise rent on any given month with a 20 day notice. This customer was paying $10 less then any other customer per parking space (she rented 4 spaces that save her $40 per month) But since I was having lots of issues with them: * their employees parking their vehicles on spots where they were not paying for. * And littering their trash and working supplies on the ground on their spaces and on other customers spaces just so they wont be blame for throwing their litter. * Here you see the red and white vehicles that belongs to complainant's employees parked on spaces they are not renting line Here you see some of the litter. In front of the container they were renting. line This other you can see where they had toss their trash behind their u-haul truck and over the fence to another property. line This picture taken today. You can see what they are still leaving trash on the ground. They worked on the truck and left the oil pan. Truck parts and if you look closely on that bottle the left on the ground thats urine they kept leaving there. line 2) Container door got worked on so it would open and close. line 3) Double collecting- This is a false statement. As you can see on the picture that I provided. Their employees were parking and using spaces that they didn't rent. Just like they were parking in other spaces there are other customer that are parking on the wrong space. This I cannot control. The only thing I can do is let customers know about it so they can move it to the space they rented. 4). On these couple of texts You will see me texting them about their rent being late on various month. Rent is due on the 1st of every month and I give them till the 3rd to pay it before late fee kicks in. line line On this next 2 texts Because of them not keeping up with their rent I asked if they were going to rent the 4th space which was empty and wasn't being use. And they reply with a yes and that they were going to pay the day after. line line As you can see 2 days pased by and they didn't pay the rent as they said they were. And then after telling me they were paying for 4 space they start complaining about me charging them for 4 space plus late fees line line As you can see. This customer was paying late almost every other month. They were and are still littering their personel stuff on the property even throwing bottles of their urine in the property And they were the ones parking on spaces they didn't rent. Finally Im putting this text that she sent me after she file the complaint line I agree with this statement. But when the customer keeps breaking and ignoring property rules and policies. I have to be stern to keep them in place. Consumer Response /* (4200, 21, 2022/06/03) */ ***Document Attached*** We haven't had a container in a while and when we did I cleaned it out and swept it if there was any trash it must be from people who rent around the container. Here are more pictures of all the trash laying around not by my container just from today6/3/22
