      On 3/27/2025 These people (Auto Cave) called me from ******** marketplace telling me I was approved for a car, when I got there instead of paying a 1000 down they wanted 3000 down I said I could pay 2500 down .. soon as I drove off the lot 30 mins later the car broke down on the freeway . I told them I want my money back or a different car they stated the only option was them fixing the car but I still have to make payments.. Ok on they said on 4/8/2025 the car was fixed and ready for pickup I picked the car up on 4/9/2025 at 4 pm by 5:47 pm the car did the same as before and broke down the exact same way , called dealership but they were closed spoke with them the following morning they pivot up the car at 12noon Called them about the car now they refused to tell me anything about the car .. but they did say I still need to make that first payment.. but Ive never had the car 24 hours yet.. I was scammed and even an employee there said yeah they do be selling bad cars .,

      This place is absolutely ridiculous. I financed my car in November of 2023 from the ********* location (which is now closed) and the second day I had the car, the transmission went out. I was stuck on the side of the road and the car would not move. The auto cave did get it towed to their service center and fixed it for free but I asked if I could please void the contract with them because they sold me a lemon. They refused. Now here I am less than a year later, and my transmission is going out again. Their warranty states they will fix any kind of engine/transmission problems as long as it has not been 36 months or been driven ***** miles but when I called there, they said I will have to pay a $500 deductible and anything over $1,500 they have to pay, I will have to pay out of pocket but I dont even trust them to really fix the problem. I have NEVER been late for a payment not ONE time and am paying DOUBLE what this car is worth. They have not reported my payments to the credit bureaus like was promised when I signed my contract but Im sure if I were to make a late payment, it would go on my credit immediately so my credit has not improved at all. They did try to inaccurately report that I made a late payment back in December 2023 and I disputed it because it was inaccurate and it just disappeared from my credit report completely. This place is a RIP OFF. I highly suggest not financing through them. Im sure they will repute my statement with some rude comment like they do everyone else but, I thought I should share my experience with this business.

      I purchased a vehicle with them back in May 2024 didnt have no problems but the battery plug kept coming apart but other then that everything was fine was paying my notes all that till I kept having to pay right when rent came I had the payment in my account which I kept telling the lady to take it and that I will bring the rest in cash she didnt want to comply with that didnt worry then July ************************************************************************************ I had to wait till 1 came back up there they told me I need the money in cash went and got the money in cash was ready to pay then other lady came out took my payment told me I had to wait ***** hours just to get the car back then when I asked why and where does that show in my contract they refuse to show me so I asked to speak to a manager which was ***** she came out already with an attitude all me and my mom was trying to understand is where does that show that I had to wait 48 hours to get My vehicle back which she stated And I quote I dont have to show my customer that they have to wait 24 to ******************************************************************************************************************************************** my money back and told me it was going to be a repo on my account which I wasnt understanding why so when I went back up there to get my belongings out of the vehicle, they told me I can no longer touch the vehicle. I still have stuff in the vehicle and they have my keys, which has my house key on there that they are refusing to give me. Please do not waste your time or money getting a vehicle with them. They are very rude.

      ************************, youre good at playing the victim. Lets keep to the facts. You are 20 days past days past due on 3rd payment you just bought this car. Now, lets go through what happened that day. 1) you came into the dealership with an attitude because you were repossessed. Rent or no rent this isnt pay as you go its a contract you pay when payments are due. 2) when you didnt get your way you through a fit on the showroom floor cussing and then told us you will take us to, and I quote small claims court. That is laughable. You are the one who didnt follow your contractual obligation. 3) You are the one who took it upon yourself to key your own car and vandalize the car while its at the dealership because you couldnt get it back YOU are the one who was trespassing, and we had to call the police. Life ****** learn to take accountability for your own actions. You didnt pay which is an action or lack thereof and the consequence is repossession. So I do hope you have the very blessed day you deserve.

      The dealership is rude and not helpful. When I got the vehicle back in December 2023 I asked if they cut vehicles off for late payments she said no we dont do that. I never missed a payment up until recently due to me having Covid and was in hospital. I did advise the dealership of my situation and one rep said I was eligible for an extension in July since I havent made my first six months of payments. So they picked up my car for being one payment behind. I paid to get the car back and had to wait 3 days before they gave it back. Not one person said anything about making payments on time and when I asked about the extension they said its not available. So today I go get in my air for lunch at work and my car wouldnt start, so I called Auto Cave to ask if they turned my car off and they said yes. I said when did you start doing that , the rep said just recently. I said will I was not advised nor received any information obtaining the new process. All she could say is that sorry, but we changed the policy. I will never get a vehicle with them again.

      ******************,That is false. The facts about your account are as follows. Out of 29 payments made 3 were on time. Your down payment and your insurance payment all the rest have been past due. Now, you said we picked you up for being one payment past due. No, we picked you up for being 45 days past due that would be 4 payments past due, but I do understand not everyone can math. You also stated, not one person said to make payments on time. ****************** in this world the banks lend money and expect to be paid back on time this is in your contract. I see you also threatened to *** us for repossessing your vehicle due to nonpayment. Please have your lawyer read your contract or read it to you and you will see we are well within our legal rights.       I have never experienced such terrible customer service! First off they sold me a vehicle with an active recall on the engine and got very rude when asked to fix it or give me a trade in. They refused so I refused to take it in to their mechanic because I did not trust them to get it back to me timely. I continued to pay my payments (autopay) and they on multiple occasions have attempted to take out my payment a day early. When I've called to voice my concerns I've encountered the worst customer service reps EVER IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!! I do not think anyone in that entire office has any empathy or compassion. I will be trading my car in as soon as possible just so that I never have to deal with them again. I could understand being somewhat rude to a person who's late on a payment but to treat a customer who has never been late the way they did is outrageous. I want to add that you never know what a person is going through and the way you handle them has a direct impact on the overall business experience. O stars I am so disappointed in the dealership and they literally made me so angry that I almost drove up to the office to deal with the rep in person so I make sure a MGR knew what was going on. Also you cannot get through to any corporate office to voice your concerns so its their base level (likely severely underpaid) staff that does not care one bit about its customers. Tragic!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE

      ******************, these aren't the facts. If you have a recall the ******* dealer handles those we do NOT. Also, you stated we take your payment out early. We do not you called in stated your payment dates changed which will change your contract. We do NOT have to change your due dates for you. It is your job to budget your own money. You also told us to "stay out of your business" when we asked for check stubs so that we could possibly give a due date change. Have the blessed day you deserve.

      This dealership is rude and lack communication skills with each other and the customers. *** reached out to them about my car that I have to pay for but they taking 3 months to fix on my car and *** asked for other assistance and they wont help in no type of way. They will blow your phone up about a payment even though you have no vehicle to drive. They talking about putting in an engine and it only take 3-4 days and its been longer then that they havent fixed anything on my car. They wont trade in my car for me after saying that they could or would.

      The place is trash, test drive a 2013 ******* veloster turbo, 5 mins later it was smoking from the engine bay and the fat lady that was selling me the car wanted to claim it was because you were driving to fast when I was going ***** max **** for one didnt even knew the product she was selling , two she lied and she I put her in danger and three told the black lady manager and she claimed I put her employee in danger so she wasnt gonna keep the deal going . Total joke of a place. And that fat lady seemed to be all mad making lies just because she didnt get the sale. She was dressing so unprofessional like if she just woke up from bed. Thank God I walked away from that place , that business should be shut down ! They have scammed multiple customers!

      I purchased my 2017 ***** equinox on 7/31/2023. Within the first 30 days of having the car. It began to read service stabiltrak and wouldnt start up. So I had to service, and since it was within the first 30 days of purchase, the service center completed the rprs for free. And Now it is two month later and the car started reading the same thing(service stabiltrak) and not starting up. So I called the service center to begin my service report on 11/2/2023. I spoke with a RUDE rep that was not much help on getting my car towed to the location of service. So o tower the car myself costing $275.00 out of pocket. So I then called back on 11/7/2023 just to find out that my vehicle has NEVER BEEN CHECK IN a to begin the service ticket. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the rep sent me to A RUDE supervisor named *****. ***** was not giving me any ETA on my engine replacement time and would just hang up on me because I was inquiring on eta and asking for a WRITTEN REPORT of my vehicle repairs(the battery replacement also). ***** then tells me he cannot do that and proceeds to be real arrogant in asking what is your question? As I am repeating asking questions on could this have been a misdiagnosis from when they replaced my battery. ***** says its NO ONE I can speak with above him to resolve my issues as they are a small company and still no eta on my engine replacement. It is currently 11/30/2023. I have went the ENTIRE month without a vehicle and without ANY eta on when I will have my vehicle back. Now I have to pay $2,847.49 for an engine rpr to get my vehicle back. But this couldve been diag and fixed in august. As the *** inspection says a failed crankshaft. They couldve seen the crankshaft was failing two months ago. That piece gets dirty. It doesnt just fail. And after further research, a failing engine will make your battery fail. So this is why Im assuming this was a misdiagnosis from august. WATCH OUT IF YOU PURCHASE A CAR FROM AUTO CAVE

      I brought the car in February. Mad all my payments on time. My payments wasn't do till Saturday put I was paying on Thursday. I had the car for 3 months no problem. I pay my cay note on Thursday. The next I woke up to run errands and get ready for my work week. Drive around town and I notice my tire was so I was pulling a tire shop. But notice the car was smoking.so pulled out to go to the gas station next to it. I was by the water pump when a guy yelled my car was on fire. I jumped and run to check it out. Called 911 the called the ******. Was I would be charged $85 for them to come get the car. I sia release for the tow truck to get the car which was a total loss. Due ro the fire. They never come. I called Saturday to see if rthey picked it up. Nope. They said Monday. They never called to check on me oask I was during. Monday come no call. I called them the was just send the tow truck out. They car was gone. Another tow truck got it. After that the parts department manager was very rude. Told me it was my fault the was gone and I wouldn't get another car till I find that car. Called the manager and assisted manager wouldn't take my calls. Never got back to me. Evern I call multiple times though out thr week for 4 weeks. I let it go. Then the fellow week I get a alert that they was trying to get a payment from my called. I. Called the payment center. I was told it was a mistake. But two weeks the same thing. And then more trying to get a payment. Then 2 months later I get a credit alert. They started putting on my credit as miss payments. Which started lowering my credit score. I called them they say that shouldn't be happening but give me the run around about who I should talk to claim the manager is never in. My credit I work so hard to build and only decide to buy a car with payments was so I could boost it up even more to help buy my first home. I looked up the Vin and the car had 3 major recalls about the car catching afire while someone was

      Regardless @The auto cave is still not the place to lease a car.Y'all gotta be honest about your business....yall don't do anything for the customer and only care about the payments.Why would I pay for a partial solution that's going to damage my car even more..Why would I choose to drive around with my check engine light on when my dashboard lights weren't initially on,FOR $250!?And with the knowledge I was informed by the kind mechanic *****...It wouldn't drive the same nor did he know how far I could go then just to turn around and pay 2000 for the part and labor.Oh and yes my attorney would love to chat...where should we meet?Bless your heart.
