    I signed up for a Yoga Teacher Certification several years ago. After signing up I assured that I could do this class that year or five years from the sign up date. The representative that helped sign me up told me that I was eligible for refund should something happen prior to the class that I was signing up for because it was so far in advance. I was promised that I would not lose my money. I paid $3,000 in tuition up front. I got a discount of $200 for "signing up so early". After signing up I had a health crisis that would not allow me to participate any further. I reached out to Sunstone Yoga many times and no one would ever return my call or email. I even went to the main office in Dallas. This went on during the COVID pandemic as well. Finally, I was able to reach someone who stated she would get with her supervisor and reach back out to me. It's been six weeks and I haven't heard back and cannot get a hold of her. This has gone on for several years now. I get a hold of someone and they seem to want to help me recoup the money I paid to Sunstone but then they disappear. I want my refund. I want this to be resolved. The right thing is to refund me since there was no exchange of services and I was told this would not be an issue from the start. I cannot control the events surrounding my inability to participate in the course. Sunstone Yoga is making millions a year and has essentially taken $3,000 from a customer. It has been very disappointing - this whole ordeal. I regret not going to file a complaint prior to now but I was hopeful to get resolve. Please help me find resolution ASAP. I have documentation and emails from the last couple of years.

I simply have a franchise location and ******** has been dealing with Sunstone Corporate on this matter. Sunstone Corporate is handling teacher training which it appears ******** paid $2,800 into. I have access to communication ******** had with a Sunstone corporate representative (Beth S******) and it appears they came to a resolution in a long text thread. I have attached a copy and paste of the communication between those two parties. Please remove this complaint from Sunstone Las Colinas BBB as we have nothing to do with this issue.
