Our church was growing, and while we had internet and wifi in our main building, the equipment we had was old and nobody knew how troubleshoot if there were ever problems. We live stream our *************** and so it was important to us that as our Church grew, the wifi and internet were dependable and we had someone to call if we needed help.We received Nicks information through a local community referral. We invited him out to our building to look over our current internet and wifi and right away **** was able to pinpoint the exact things we needed!Among everything, **** saw that we were paying a very high price for our internet service. He took our information and through his relationship with our internet company, he was able to save our church over $5,000 a year on our internet service costs alone! Going forward, we'll have flexibility to invest in other areas for our community. Nobody else in the area could do what **** did for us here and we are so grateful for that!After that, **** showed us that hes a true master craftsman in his trade. He outlined exactly what we needed to upgrade our network and wifi, he completed the work professionally, and always treated our space very sacredly, keeping things clean and installing everything very neatly. Just when we thought we had no options, we were referred to **** and he stuck with us through a long, four month process!We needed **** to come in and evaluate what we had and provide us with a recommendation on what we could do to move our internet and equipment about a quarter mile away from where we currently had it. **** was so easy to work with. For years, when it came to technology in our restaurants, we were frustrated beyond measure with the inability to obtain consistent, reliable support. Even as ****s business has grown, his level of service has always been excellent. Hes responsive when we contact him. He does what he says hes going to do, and we know we can depend on him to complete a task. Even if he needs to learn something new to help us, **** is quick to solve our IT problems from security camera installation and internet connectivity to computer networking and information storage. It has been a Godsend having **** here to support us!

After renting for 18 years in the same building, my husband and I decided to buy an office and move our business to that location. The building we were moving to was older and the wires for the internet were all exposed and rolled up in random places. It looked bad and it worried me because I wasn't sure if it would work properly for us. To make it even more stressful, we planned to open at the new location in less than a month. I met **** when he was installing the internet at my wifes business. The shop went from hit or miss internet to being able to walk around the **** square foot building and have Wi-Fi connection anywhere inside. Fast forward I had just received my Starlink satellite for our home internet and was not sure of the best place to mount the antenna. I reached out to **** for his assistance and after a quick visit, he found that Starlink wasnt going to work because of the trees around my property.**** mentioned Sparklight internet which is what we had in my wifes shop and I knew it worked great. He reached out to his contacts at Sparklight to make sure our residence was in the coverage zone and as soon as we found out it was, we pulled the trigger to install Sparklight and return Starlink. I would rate working with **** a 10. His experience, friendliness and professionalism exceeded customer service I have seen in years. Nicks highest priority is making sure the install and equipment needed was top notch but not the most expensive on the market. What I liked most was having **** present for the entire installation. He made sure the technician ran everything properly on the outside of the house and was able to help with answers and questions myself or the installation technician had.One of the main benefits of working with **** is not having to worry if the work is being done correctly or not. I would highly recommend **** for any type of internet or computer services you may need. He is enthusiastic about his work and is always going to go the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied.
