Refund/Exchange Policy:
ALL return requests must be made ONLY to [email protected] within 5 business days of receipt. You will be sent a return authorization number via email and must return the item within 5 business days of the receipt of the authorization number. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policies. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for shipping delays or shipping expenses. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- • Any hair care products (due to perishability and contamination)
- • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, worn or is missing parts
- • Any item that is returned after the return deadline listed above
- • Any product without an authorization number
Refunds for returns shipped after 10 business days from the arrival date are subject to a 50% restocking fee. No returns after 15 days will be accepted.
Please ship all orders prepaid with the items wrapped securely in the original packaging. Items must be in original, un-worn and undamaged condition. We are not liable for items that are not shipped according to these policies or items that are lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend shipping using a service that provides a tracking option. Once the returned item is received and accepted for return, a credit for the price of the returned item(s) will be issued only to the exact credit card used for the purchase; no exceptions. Allow at least 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
