Blue Ribbon Roofing (out of Jersey Village, Texas) just put a new roof on my house this week. They weren't the cheapest, they weren't the most expensive. We chose them because they gave us a very detailed quote in writing and explained every line item. We have a 2600 square foot single story house and they finished it in one day. They swooped in, replaced the roof, and when they left there was no sign that they'd ever been here except for the brand new roof. They did everything they said they said they would. The roof looks great. I can recommend them without reservation.

Blue Ribbon re-roofed our home last week and we could not be happier. I knew we had an issue in one area but wasn't aware of the extent. Blue Ribbon corrected it for us. Eric gave us a quote we were happy with and stuck to the quote. No additional or hidden costs. The crew was very cordial and conscientious. They arrived on time, actually a few minutes early which was great, and completed when they said they would. I got reference to blue ribbon from my insurance agent two days back. There were two roofer names given. Steve was the one who did through inspection and actually located the hole under solar panel. We’re very pleased with their quality of customer service and their work. Would definitely recommend them, and if needed, we would use them again. Eric Westerdahl was very professional while working with us and our insurance company. This was a challenge to get the best outcome that we could have hoped for. I reviewed Blue Ribbon on **** *** **** they had great reviews and they did not disappoint us. I had a big leak start suddenly on the last two rain days. Eric from Blue Ribbon Roofing inspected my roof and found the problem. He showed me a picture he took of the area needing repair and sealed my roof for free. He also let me know that I would not need any roof repair or replacement for a while. Working with Steve, Ernest and all their crew was a pleasure. They were responsive to any question I had before and during the work. I was amazed at how fast they completed my roof. I am perhaps the 3rd house in a row on my street that used Blue Ribbon so they have a good reputation in my neighborhood. 4 years ago we had our roof inspected by several companies, Eric at Blue Ribbon confirmed no damage, no repair or replacement needed and estimated we still had at least 5-7 years. Blue Ribbon was the only one that didn't push "I can get it replaced with your insurance". They still took the time to answer questions and provide information even though they knew there wouldn't be a need at the time. This year we decided to replace the 22 year old roof and Blue Ribbon was first on our mind. They were prompt meeting for an estimate as well as any follow up questions. We were happy with the work when completed. Ernest and the team did a great job removing the old roof, putting on the new one, taking care along the way to cover areas to avoid damage/debris and doing a thorough clean up. All in all we would recommend Blue Ribbon and definitely call on them again for our roofing needs.Blue Ribbon Roofing LLC

We just had our roof replaced with Blue Ribbon Roofing from Jersey Village and seeing all of the neighbors asking for roofer recommendations I needed to share our experience. It’s rare that I have a contractor showing such care, customer focus, and attention to quality. From the initial contact and quote to the last truck leaving they were the height of professionalism. Their very high BBB and Yelp ratings are well earned. They knocked our project out in only 1-1/2 days (88 squares), replacing all turnstiles with ridge vents plus all drip edges and boots, and it looks fantastic. Upgraded quality shingles… no contractor grade stuff. They had protection hanging from the soffit that protected all landscaping and I haven’t found a single nail nor bit of trash left behind. One seemingly minor example… their truck pulling the disposal trailer was parked on my driveway and one rear wheel was slightly on the grass - they had a piece of plywood placed under the tire so as not to damage the grass. They seem to be a family oriented and tight team and their output shows it. I would heartily recommend their company.Blue Ribbon Roofing LLC

I scheduled a quote from Blue Ribbon Roofing and two other roofing companies. Blue Ribbon’s bid was competitive, so along with their credentials and my subsequent search for reviews of them from other websites, it became an easy decision for me. The company uses satellite site survey technology to accurately size your roof, streamlining the process. When he came to my house for the proposal, they already knew all about my roof so he could spend more time describing their roofing products and services and answering my questions. The Owner, Steve made a thorough presentation of the roofing process with detailed explanations of materials used, why they’re used, and where they’re used. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He pointed out a design problem with my roof ventilation. The other contractors did not mention the vent issue. I easily verified that he was correct by Googling the vent problem he highlighted. His quote included correcting the ventilation design problem. He also gave me advice on shingle color choices to compliment my brick color, because I had no clue. Steve encouraged my questions, making sure that I had no concerns or questions about what I was purchasing. The Office Manager, Kirsten was very accessible, assisting through the process from the initial quote to the end of the job. She was great in helping me through the HOA approval process which required a couple exchanges with the HOA to answer all of their many questions. It was apparent to me that Kirsten is knowledgeable in the roofing business. Earnest, the Project Manager was on site, on time, and “hit the ground running”. The way his crew worked together made me believe they had been a team for a long time. It was obvious they were experienced. I could see that Earnest has the respect of his crew in the way he interacted with them and the feeling they were all enjoying the job. My new roof is beautiful!
