            Order a carport to be delivered near ***************. Sales person ****** ****** said delivery would be 2-3 weeks then call me and said another order in my area had cancelled so I would have to wait for another order for **. 4 months went by and I was told by ****** ****** that she tried her heart out but just couldnt get it done and delivered so she was canceling my order. She cancelled not me. And now she wont return my calls about getting my deposit of $933.00 back. I continuously get a busy signal and all the other numbers listed will not go thru my carrier ******** I went to a lot of work and money getting my spot ready for delivery. How can a business cancel an order and not give me back my down payment.

            TNT Carports, Barns.com, and carports.com are all the same company and are affiliated with Coast to coast carports... all have F ratings with the BBB.In late 2022 I entered into an agreement with TNT Carports, *** to purchase/install a shed. A downpayment was made at that time. In mid May of 2023 the foundation was poured. There were some delays due to wet soil conditions. At the end of May 2023 I contacted Coast to Coast carports to let them know we were ready for installation. I do not know Coast to Coast's affiliation with TNT but believe they were contracted as a third party to complete the installation. I have been contacting Coast to Coast over the last 6 months requesting the installation. I have not been given any dates and have requested at least an estimate for completion and have not received a responses. My communications through email and phone calls are going unanswered.
