            Sunray built our pool this past winter. Everything went well through the entire build process. Once completed, EVERYTHING went to hell! ******, our pool tech, has no concept of customer service, and gave us a "you'll have to wait your turn" response on multiple occasions! ****, the actual superintendent of the pool build, tried to make things right. But there was (AND IS) a significant problem with the skimmer (****) door. They have replaced it three times and plan to replace it again with another door. The problem IS NOT WITH THE DOOR! As I have told him several times. The holes that the door sets in are nonexistent. The pool has two skimmers and I can feel the holes that the other one is inserted into. The door in question has literally NO HOLES. No matter how many times they replace the door, it will continue to fail, like it has four times in the last five months! I have hesitated to post ANY reviews since the trouble started, because I feel like they deserve a chance to make this right. Not sure how many more chances they deserve. They got my 55 thousand dollars and now I'm stuck with a problem that I'm gonna have to pay somebody to fix. Unacceptable!
