      I have tried getting a hold of my landlord since May 14, 2023 about a flea issue Ive had in my unit I also needed my bathroom door fixed. *** tried everyday and he will not respond. I texted him today (6-2-2023) to see if his number was the same and he instantly texted me back Yes. So I asked told him again my concerns. He never replied. That same day I sent a receipt of my paid rent and he instantly replied back Thank you. He has not done anything to fix the door or get rid of the fleas.

      The issues were addressed before she file this complaint.  Tenant broke the lease and left.  She was just trying to find an excuse to break the lease.  There was nothing wrong with the bathroom door.  

      Her apt got treated many times for fleas.  Her problem was that she would allow her cats outside and they would bring the fleas back into her apt.  We are not responsible for flea infestation due to the tenants failure to treat it correctly.

      I am rejecting this response because:


      In response to the business these problems MOST IMPORTANTLY the flea situation were NOT fixed before I send my original complaint. I later found out the joint duplex neighbors next to me also had fleas and could not get rid of them. My bathroom door NEVER in the time I lived there shut. I did break my lease due to getting sick from these fleas. Also I discovered a marijuana plant growing outside of my duplex I do not what to live in a place where my landlord supported the illegal growth of drugs. I informed my local police department and they quickly came and removed the plant. The statements made by AYC Investments is completely untrue. I have never broke a lease before now but I felt it was warranted for the safety of myself and my animals.
