I recently underwent the process of renovating my bathroom to accommodate the needs of my elderly mother, and after careful consideration and quotes from several companies, I chose Simplicity Bath & Shower. From the initial consultation to the final installation, my experience with this company was nothing short of exceptional. Brian, the owner, exemplified professionalism and expertise from the start. He was highly communicative throughout the entire process, patiently guiding me through the selection of the perfect design that not only met our accessibility needs but also exuded style. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident at every stage. One of the standout aspects of working with Simplicity Bath & Shower was the cleanliness of the work area. Brian's crew maintained a tidy environment, ensuring that my floors and furniture were protected from dust and debris. Their dedication to cleanliness not only demonstrated their respect for my home but also contributed to a stress-free renovation experience. Despite initially projecting a timeline of 5 days for the project, the team exceeded expectations by completing the installation in just 4 days. Excellent folks to work with. Pre, during and Post support was excellent, and the results were GREAT! They took our Combination Shower/toilet room in our 40+ year old house and converted it into a well lit, clean, easy to maintain new installation. He Provided excellent insight during the planning phase, calling our attention to potential issues and suggesting resolutions. His team paid attention to doing the job RIGHT and made extra effort to keep the house clean during the installation process. Our next bathroom remodel will definitely be using these folks.

His workers are fantastic in terms of completing the work efficiently and then cleaning up after themselves. Simplicity Bath and Shower should be your first and only call for your bathroom remodel. Service and communication is second to none. Brian had me sold on the initial visit with his commitment and desire to complete the project to the customer's satisfaction. He explained every step of the process and followed up with his team to make sure all was going as scheduled. His project manager, Ken, was always responsive even when I texted at night or on Sunday. I give them all a 3P rating: polite, personable and professional along with a 5 star job. I love, love my new new floors, custom vanity, lights and paint - the works. Analisa, his designer deserves a shout out, she helped me choose all of the fixtures, hardware, paint and my fabulous chandelier for my closet. She is a great asset to Brian’s team. Simplicity Bath and Shower did a fantastic job from start to finish. Their team was very professional, communicated well, and helped us understand all the facets and options available in replacing our tub with a beautiful walk in shower. The entire job was completed on time and they did a fantastic job on their own quality assurance. I would absolutely use them again.
