    I’m very disappointed. They were nice up front while getting my cash, but that changed when addressing issues with the furniture. I paid $150 to have my dining room set delivered, and their guys open the boxes for the chairs outside first and brought them inside. The table was put together inside and then flipped over in place. After they left I noticed 3 of the chairs were wobbling really bad. There's nothing on the bottom of the legs the chairs to adjust them. Also, one side of the table is uneven. The delivery was made on December 24th. I contact the store on December 26th to let them know the issues that I was having requesting a replacement. They told me to do it by email. I took pictures and attached them to the email. I also went back to the store to show them the video of the furniture since it was too big to upload. It took them 2 weeks to tell me that It was not a manufacturer's defect and I just needed to buy felt to put under the legs. I should not have to buy anything to make adjustments to a brand new dining room set. I have since asked to speak to the manager who was out until 1:00. I called back but still could not reach her. I was told her name was Stephanie. I also asked for the name of the manufacturer with no response.

    The warranty is a scam because they never come out to fix anything and also buying their products and assembling by the instruction manual is backwards. So they make you pay to install because the instructions don’t comply with make of the furniture

    Purchased over $6000 worth of furniture and an alleged warranty when it came time to use utilizing the warranty we only had the furniture for five months. And we have not been able to get the warranty information from the store. The quality of the furniture unfortunately is sub par. They are very nice when you make the purchase, but as soon as you need service, they are completely different!

    I will never go in or buy from these people again. Terrible customer service. We bought a bedroom suite and mattress and upon delivery the dresser and mattress were damaged which started our horrible customer service experience. You cannot talk to a human on the phone, you are only able to send an email. After no response to our email, we went in the store to talk about what happened. The manager was nothing but rud and unhelpful. This went on for 1.5 months until we got a somewhat satisfactory resolution. Stay far away from this store. It was very stressful.

    This (Katy Furniture) is the most awful customer service store that I have never seen in my entire shopping experience. They are very greedy about the money, and it is for check. What horrible people! Oh my goodness, the lack of respect for customers is extremely bad. I bought a piece of furniture and paid with a check, and they do not want to give a delivery schedule until the check is clear. The check got clear, and still they deny it and do not have a delivery schedule. I went to get things straight and am just getting very upset with those people they do not have respect for us to deal with. I will never buy from that store or its affiliates. The manager of the store is a horrible woman to deal with; there is no good moral respect or kindness for anyone; **** ******** money is the goal, and you just wait. If you call, they make you wait until they want to attend the phone call. Please do not even try to buy anything from that store; they are the most horrible customer service people, and the store is cheap and low quality, which is embarrassing to deal with and talk to.

    We are sorry Mr. *** that you had a bad experience. However, our store policy is not to accept checks, when an exception is made we let the customer know that the only way we will accept the check is we will schedule delivery once the check clears. Again, we are sorry that you do not like this policy and I am sorry that they even allowed you to pay with a check because that is not a form of payment that we accept. But we try to be accommodating to the customer and of course every time that we are this happens.

    Hopefully this will keep someone else from making the same mistake I made by shopping at Katy Furniture. I purchased a bed and paid cash for it. I changed my mind and ask for a refund. The manager told me there would be a 25% restocking fee. The bed is still at the store, I haven't even picked it up yet. Their customer service sucks. I would never shop there again.

    Excellent service all around. Went to Katy Furniture to look at dining room tables and chairs. We were greeted by Amir, who gave us a brief description of the store. We saw a table and chair set there that is sold at others stores. We were surprised at the price, it was considerably lower that the other stores. Amir assured us we would not find a lower price anywhere. He then pulled out his cell phone, got on the internet and proved it! Delivery was scheduled for 3 days later. I was expecting them to say 2 weeks. I was contacted twice before delivery and twice the day of delivery by the driver. The table, 6 chairs were delivered, no damage, no wall scuffs, perfect. This was the best purchase and delivery experience I have ever had.

    I’m very disappointed. We were charged $265 to have our furniture delivered, and their guys open the boxes from the bedroom furniture in our bedroom and there was Styrofoam all over and they just left it there. There were also black smudges on our fabric headboard. When I called to complain, the lady who answered the phone just dismissed me and said go to our website and write your complaint. Very disappointed with Katy Furniture! They were eager to take our money, but not willing to handle my complaints. I’ll never shop there again!

    I bought the dining table with 6 chairs and the Morning table with 4 chairs, at the time of delivery we found that 4 chairs were broken, out of 4 one chair is totally broken, they took back the broken chair and promised to replace all the 5 chairs, we were trying since 4 months till is a date no response, and went to the store directly no use, very vert bad customer service. And there's a no-return policy. RED FLAG! Please avoid Kathy's furniture. Lost the money, what to do. Please avoid.

    This review is to warn anyone who's considering doing business with KATY FURNITURE. I went to Katy Furniture located at 1620 N Westgreen Blvd, Katy, Tx on August 27, 2022. I purchased a 2 piece sectional that goes by the name, (Rosemary). The purchase was paid in full on the day of. I was promised the furniture would arrive within 7-14 business days. I made several inquiries about the arrival of my furniture and was treated very rudely by customer service. My husband calls on day 14 and was told, "we will call customer service to see what's going on and call you back tomorrow". Tomorrow comes, (day 15) but no phone call. I decided to take a trip to the store on day 16. I ask politely about my furniture and was told to give them a moment so they can look into it. After about 15 minutes, I was told, "Oh it's here, you can pick it up now". I was told by the warehouse attendant that the furniture had arrived the previous week. After getting the sectional home and the necessary assembling I was ready to put Katy Furniture behind me and enjoy my new sectional. Now, there's another problem! I noticed the chaise is making a loud squeaking noise when I sit on it as if the springs or the wood has collapsed. I reported it immediately via email as stated in the purchasing contract. My husband and I drove to the store in person to state our complaint. At this time, I was told that a representative from Katy Furniture would come to my address and inspect the merchandise. Through email, representatives for Katy Furniture recanted on their promise and after several emails over the period of and entire day, told me that I would have to rent another truck, bring the sofa back for them to allow them to inspect it. All of this is without any guarantee of replacement or repair. Has we read the customer reviews prior to purchase, I would never have entered such and agreement with Katy Furniture. I would not recommend Katy Furniture to anyone. And there's a no return policy. RED FLAG!
