    Horrible service, its impossible to reach them and most of the time they dont have a clue for what they are doing. I spend 1 hour on the phone and they kept telling me lie after lie to get me off the phone. Nothing was resolved they deleted our truck information from the policy and kept telling me they were looking into it. I do not recommend this company they are waste.

    This company has called me 16 times in 2 weeks and they don't seem to understand DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!!!! Spoke to their supposed manager and they still call sometimes 3 times a day.

    La peor compañía. Aparte que son súper insistentes a un punto extremo. No dejan de llamar aún cuando les dice uno que no está interesado. Por favor, vayan con alguien local y reputable. The worst company!! They are super persistent to the point of annoyance. They won’t stop calling/texting even after you’ve told them multiple times to stop and you’re not interested. Please do yourself a favor and go with someone local and REPUTABLE.

    This is the worst insurance company, it is a total scam and piracy, do not fall into their hands because you will lose your money. They sold me an insurance that is not authorized to operate in my state and now they are not responsible, they have invented any excuse to let time pass and not refund me the money they took from us more than 7k but they did keep their good commission.

    la peor compañía para hacer sacar pólizas comerciales, la señora Xiomara M****** dejo expirar mi poliza y yo perdi acceso al trabajo porque me cerraron la aplicación para agarrar cargas con ** **** ****** * ****** , no pierdan su tiempo llamandolos q al final cuando toca renovar la poliza no contestan las llamadas ni los mensajes de texto ni los emails , y la operadora Monica dice q ya le aviso a las personas sobre mi caso para q me llamaran urgente y todo es una mentira , incluso Xiomara tiene la información d una targeta mia porque me dijo q ya tenia la poliza y todo fue una mentira, nosotros nos esforzamos mucho para brindarle a nuestras familias un futuro mejor y no vemos a nuestros hijos crecer para q venga una compañía de seguros y se burle asi d la clase trabajadora sin contestar las llamadas y t haga perder el tiempo diciendote mentiras y dejando expirar la poliza d seguro de la compañía y ya después uno no tiene trabajo por culpa de ellos , alejense de esta compañía a toda costa

    Scam !!!! Do not do business with this agency. Over 2 months dealing with them and they never answered. All money paid is gone now .
