- Enclose original delivery slip or invoice with item. (Be sure to keep a copy). All products must be returned sealed, unused and with all accessories to ensure full credit. If item-return criteria is met, you can expect your refund or account credit within 30 days. If payment made by credit card, refund will be credited to same card. If payment made by debit card, cash, or check, a refund will be in the form or a check from Ariel Janitorial Service. A full refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax minus a 15% restocking fee. A partial refund may sometimes occur when all of the return criteria is not met; partial refunds are at our discretion. Shipping and handling costs and other charges, special orders, and individually sold items or chemicals are non-refundable.
