1 starI love at the ******************** in *****, **. Sewage has been backing up into my tub all weekend! Numerous maintenance requests were made by myself and neighbors but no one has been out! Its now Sunday night and were stuck in our horrible smelling apartment! Theres supposed to be an app for maintenance requests but this complex isnt even on the list.Review fromGuillermo M

My wife had high hopes moving back to ******. We selected ******** end up at ****************. They informed us of the very strict towing rules in which we followed. Now couple months later since our move in and they towed our car because 1 letter was incorrect. My wife son and I had to take a **** to the pound and pay $328 to get our car back. When we reported to management in front they dismissed everything and didn't offer any help solution. It was almost as if they didn't care. We will not be here next year may just head back to **.Portico Property Management

We understand your frustration regarding your vehicle being towed and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Our team worked to assist you by providing the towing companys contact information and personally attempting to reach them to help resolve the situation. We regret that communication delays with the towing company added to your frustration. Please know that towing enforcement is part of our community policies to ensure a well-managed parking area. While we strive to provide as much support as possible, advance notifications for individual tows are not part of the standard process. However, we understand your concerns and have shared your feedback with our property manager, who would be happy to discuss this further with you.We value our residents and want to ensure a positive living experience. Please feel free to reach out to our office to set up a time to speak with management.Review frombeth c

the people you hire are rude and unreasonable. and the people they hire as temps get fired for doing their job correctly they evict on their standards not by court order they are back handed and if your manager doesn't get fired I may have to pursue legal action for the way she unlocked my door without notice, simply because she wanted the last word after I closed the door. she should not be allowed to work as a property manager if she comes at Tennant's rudely. I don't appreciate being asked why I'm still here and being told that I have 2 days to leave without a court order to leave nore proper legal paper work proving that I have to leave. plus all of these units have mold my children have been in and out of the hospital because of it.Portico Property Management

Unfortunately my complaint is going back over a year ago. We lived at ********* ********** in Murfreesboro TN. From day one it was horrible. We where an hour away from the apartment complex when I got a call from Shelby stating our apartment would not be ready for 2 more days. That was not good as we were moving from FL and had no were to go. Shelby did manged to get us into another apartment but it was not clean paint was still damp to the touch bugs I in the kitchen. We complained they had the exterminator come out for a month still didn't get rid of the bugs. Ice maker didn't work from day one which was 11/15/2022 they finally fixed it the end February 2023 with us constantly asking for it to be fixed and constantly getting the run around from office manger and maintenance man Devonte. There were electrical problems which never got addressed. We went to Portico for help all they did was sent the request to the office manager who acted like she didn't know anything. I had an hour conversation with office manager (I don't remember her name) and she took all the issues needing fix and did NOTHING. It took us going to code enforcement after trying to speak to the office manager about the electric problems on 5/2/23 which she promised a contractor would be out the next day that didn't happen spoke to her again on 5/5/23 she was rude disrespectful and unhelpful so we called code enforcement in. We broke our lease at this point because one PORTICO DIDN'T STEP UP and 2 we felt as if we were the problem and not the maintenance office manger I'm complaining now because we just found out Portico has sent a balance due to collection we were not aware of. I know we are not perfect, but if PORTICO actually carried about this property they would have stepped in and fixed the problem in February/March 2023 when we first contacted them. I recently reached out to Portico again for help with this and Cici responded to me asking what apartment it was. Never responded again.Portico Property Management

1 starThe company does high crime and has a ton of Russians working there. They steal everywhere they go and hide the court seal all of their court issues. Report them to the ********** ** ******* *** **** They steal rent money, deposits, and they submit information to the Credit Agencies like they did me and say I living on their property during covid when I wasn't. Evil because the guy who owns it pretends to be a big business guy, but he's a lazy man who created a welfare system for himself.Review fromTiera H

1 starI lived in palms luxury apartments in Phoenix. My lease end date is September 30th.I came into the office in August and spoke with Lantha and asked if I can transfer from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom due to the rent being to high for me. She said yes and give me a date of September 19th for an inspection walkthrough. On sept 18th I contacted the leasing office to get the time lantha would do the walkthrough for my transfer and susan told me she will give me a call back, once I received a callback I was told I can’t transfer due to having 4 late payments(3 years living at this property). So I asked about the lease renewal she said we want to see if you can pay October rent before we provide you with a new lease. I informed her I don’t feel comfortable with living in an apartment without a lease and I was told she will give me a call back.On September 28th I went to the leasing office and spoke with a representative and informed her that I will be returning my keys on Sunday since my lease ends on Saturday she told me I can leave it in the apartment which I did. I came to the leasing office today just to get something in writing regarding no owing balance ( since this company is very unprofessional and lie about everything). I was told by lantha that I skip my lease. Then she explained that I didn’t give a 30 day notice. I said I came in to this office in August to do a transfer and was told I will have a walk through on September 19th. If I wasn’t able to do a transfer someone should have informed me in august which would have gave me 30 days to put in my Notice to vacate, but she waited until September 18th to informed me that I can’t transfer. I moved out on September 30th which is the date my lease ends. This property management is horrible, no one knows how to do their job. They are ***** ****** and ***** *****, especially Susan and lantha. They are trying to charge me over $3000 for rent and I moved out alreadyReview fromDavid H

1 starThis is for the Palms Luxury Apartments in Phoenix, AZ. We recently moved out of the apartments after living there for two years and had was can best be described as an unethical and dishonest experience upon move-out. On 4/23, more than a week prior to out move-out we requested, via email, a move-out checklist as mentioned in our lease but did not receive one. We conducted our move-out cleaning based on paragraph 46 of our lease to the letter. During the move-out inspection on 5/1 it was mentioned that the carpet would need to be replaced and that we would be charged for a cleaning, as every tenant that moves out is charged for a cleaning. I mentioned that this was not a part of our leasing agreement and was told they always do it. On 5/3, we received our Final Account Statement with charges for the carpet along with charges for cleaning and painting. These charges led to us owing Palms money. I responded to the email but got no response after 2 days so I called the office asking for clarification. No clarification could be given for the charges for painting or cleaning but it would be "looked into." After 5 days of no response I called back and was told there was "excessive wear and tear" to the walls as well cleaning that provided the basis for the charge. I asked for evidence backing the claim but was told they would need to reach out to maintenance for pictures. I received an email back two days later with pictures attached with metadata showing the pictures were from 5/11, well beyond the move-out inspection and after our conversation stating there was reasoning for the charges. Painting and walls were also not mentioned in paragraph 46 of our lease. Even though this was not mentioned in the lease we still made an adequate effort to clean the walls but the paint was of low quality leading it to not be susceptible to cleaning. Based on this, Palms made charges against us that hold no basis from a leasing standpoint and were not able to support them.Review fromAmy K

I've tried several time to reach the corporate office regarding a siutation at a local San Antonio property but it seems like the phone number they provide on their website is fake. You can only leave a message, as no one ever answers the phone, and there is no option to speak with a live person. I've posted on their ******** page requesting to be contacted, and have sent an email to their "info@" address, but have received no response. This company is hihgly unprofessional and would never recommend anyone rent from them.Portico Property Management

I am on my 4th property management company in 4 years at Westmount At The District. Right out the gates with Portico and I'm already frustrated and have zero faith in Portico. The monthly bill that was sent to my email was wrong. I was advised they should have a working portal on 0801 so I had to wait until then to see what I owed. The portal only showed my utility charges from Conservice but when I clicked on Payment Center and it showed the rent amount. I went to pay the bill and it gave me 2 options Add A Card or Cash. Obviously I had to pick Add A Card and I bank through ***** which uses **** so I put in my card info and it charged me an extra $45.32 processing fee. I talked to the apartments who said one of the icons under Add Card was actually for Checking and if you picked that unlabeled icon there is no fee. I then put in my checking info but it's too late they refuse to credit back my account. I have gotten a ton of empathy and "your right there's nothing that tells you about a processing fee" but management at Westmount says there's nothing they can do and I am getting no responses back from Portico via phone or email. I've actually been trying to figure out what I owe for 2 weeks now and all I here is they know I'm right but there's nothing that can be done.Portico Property Management
