    Please note the complaint they have with policy # PWB0814378 was NOT resolved. The checks they sent me BOUNCED. Theyre completely unresponsive. Actual crooks.

    You took my money from ******* account. This would have gone unnoticed if I has not been trying to find other payment from other unknown payments I have been charged unfairly. This should have been closed long time age

    I canceled my policy with them after I moved out of my rental property. But they charged me for one additional year after the cancellation without notice. They wanted to continue charging my card for the second additional year. I finally noticed and prevented that. Do NOT give this company your credit card information. They will keep charging your credit card annually after cancellation.

    Do not be a customer for this ********************** they are unrelible and increasing their networth through middle class tax payers like us. They had five diffrent claim adjusters for my claim each time I called they bouonced the claim to another adjuster gave them all that was needed photographs documents and yet the claim was not resolved. I cancelled my insurance. Please read all reviews.How can companies like this exist.

    Charged me FIVE times instead of only once for a monthly insurance policy. Had to call their customer service several times to get it resolved. This should be 101 basics for an insurance company.

    They have continued charging us even a YEAR after canceling the coverage. I am so upset. They dont even help when you call. STAY AWAY.

    They charged my card 3x for my July 2024 monthly renters insurance payment. Their explanation in their email notice? "Billing issue." Ohhhh, you don't say. When can I expect to receive a refund? You know, just a ballpark. Anything? "We are working to resolve the issue" says the foreigner on the phone. Woooow, so helpful. Called and emailed them, multiple times. No replies, no straight answers, and their call center is clearly out of country, using scripts and memorized answers...the only person who actually communicated with me, apart from MSI's vague email notice. This company is absolute trash, and should be investigated for fraud. There's a host of reasons companies "accidentally" overcharge accounts 3x what they should be, and just tell customers there's a "billing issue" ...just my opinion. A quick perusing online shows there's others, this clearly is a reoccurring problem with these pos. 1.03/5 based on 31 reviews, MSI - that means you ****, and your worthless. Have a nice life peddling renters insurance, keep that yacht on your affirmation board.

    This crappy scam Rental insurance company has just charged me 4 times for this month's monthly payment on 7/3/2024. Called and informed them, they said there was nothing they can do at the moment as there were some "Technical issues" with their computers or some crock of sht like that. Only reason I have this ****, is because my apartment complex forces me to use this c*** company. Who knows, maybe my apartment complex and this c*** rental insurance company are in cahoots to scam people.

    This company is trash! They have over charged me numerous times, holding my money captive for days. Fortunately the additional payments never went through, they were only pending, until yesterday, when they charged my card 4 payments of $21.49 $65 over what I usually pay. When I called and told them they made me incur a transfer fee with my bank and that I needed the money for rent that was due the same day, they had no solution, telling me they had no idea when my money would be refunded. Of course when I told them I wanted to cancel my account, they said their system was down for that. Stay away from this company! The inconvenience they cause you monthly isnt worth the cheap insurance.

    Zero would be a better rating. I have been reaching out on multiple occasions both through phone and email to MSI because after I moved from my apartment in September 2023 I continue to get monthly charges. After speaking with individual after individual, I was able to get my insurance canceled in MAY 2024.. after being told about once a month the insurance was canceled. At this point there is a refund that is supposed to be being made, and was told ***** business days. **** refund wasnt supposedly approved until 11 days later and now there will be an additional 7-10 business day wait. I have an email and recording that are both stating something different.GOOD LUCK!
