    This company gets ZERO stars for lack of follow thru and for the terrible shape they have left my lawn in. They consistently come out to spray your lawn and it has zero effect on it. I have asked the owner ******* to come out to discuss what is wrong with it and he refuses to discuss anything with my husband or myself. I told the office if there are bugs or something that are destroying our lawn I'm willing to work with him but he refuses to talk or come to our home to discuss. ******* claims the reason my lawn has large patches of dirt is because I have so many trees. I told him to look next door to both of my neighbors yards which have more trees then I do. They both have lush green lawns with NO bare spots, and one neighbor doesn't treat their lawn whats so ever. All they are interested in is selling you expensive monthly services to spray your lawns, bushes and trees with NO results.In my oppinion, don't use this company because they don't follow thru and when you call the office you will get a very rude woman named ****** that isn't interested in helping you. I just spoke with her today 5/31 and all she did was **** and told me that she didn't think that ******* (the owner) was ever coming out to our home to fix anything. That's when I told her I wasn't interested in having them service our yard in the future. It's bad enough when they ruin your lawn, but to have to put up with people yelling at you and being rude is wrong. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for lawncare because this company is useless. If you want to see a picture of how they destroyed my lawn go to **** to see it.

    While I certainly respect your right to your opinion, the reasons we decided to no longer treat your lawn were as follows:

    1.  All of our employees were met with indignance when either talking to you or when visiting the property.  None of my employees including myself should be expected to perform for rude customers.

    2.  After numerous attempts to try and appease you from free re-visits to re-sodding a big part of your front lawn and a cost per treatment $10.00 lower than our minimum price you were never satisfied.  The cost of re-sodding your lawn due to a disease we didn't create and a solution you declined due to cost was much more than $1000.  I am losing money servicing your property, so I made a financial decision.  One I'm sure anyone would make if in the same situation.

    Now, let's address other complaints.  Your neighbor does nothing for their lawn but, if you recall, when I visited last we walked over to that lawn and I showed you how it was covered in weeds that are definitely green in the fall, winter and spring.

    You have an enormous amount of shade which limits turf growth.  In fact, I discussed this as a problem with your husband when he pointed out the zoysia turf that you had sodded in an attempt to remedy issues with shade in those areas.  I could share the numerous observations provided you following every treatment that explains myriad issues including shade.  You received them but expect our efforts to supersede laws of nature.  Unfortunately, this isn't possible.

    My employee ****** never raised her voice despite you and your heightened emotion throughout the conversation you had with her.  There were many others in the office when this discussion occurred and to an employee stated to me that she handled the conversation professionally.  She is brand new.  The day she spoke with you was her 6th day employed so we were certainly listening to ensure she handles all phone calls according to our friendly and professional expectations.  Please refer to reason number 1 why we stopped servicing your property.

    As for selling additional and more expensive services, yes we do offer other services and we do offer them throughout the year.  However, there are also certain issues that require additional or different treatments that *** cost more to solve acute problems like the problem you experienced, take all root rot.

    We run our business honestly.  We don't have time to isolate certain customers and treat them less than all the others.  We've grown our business successfully by making sure the customer and our fellow workers are treated well and made a priority.  This approach will continue as long as I am the owner.

    Lastly, I would like to thank ************** for being kind, understanding and professional throughout.
