    First 1: No call no show. Call after time allotted Day 2: Late, examined part, no communication. I had to inquire Day 3: Installed new water heater left without communicating he was done, was called back minutes later, it was leaking. He came back, removed it, and left again without saying anything. I had to call the office to ask if they were coming back or what was going on.Day 4: Almost 2 weeks later installed.Communication with staff was unpleasant. Woman at the front refused to give me the guy's last name, said only ****, I talked to on the phone. He was rude and short. I asked her name and she said "*****," when I asked her last name she replied "you don't need to know that." In between times I was told one time and they came another. Also, they over scheduled me, then the next day called and said they were coming to install. Last time they did end up installing it and did it pretty fast. It is sad, I was wishing they were a solid company to refer. I think what made it rough, more than not having a water heater for a while, was the poor customer service. Very very rude to customers. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Highly disappointed with the lack of P.R. skills.
