This is the absolute WORST Place to do business with at the worst time of your life. Especially ******. She has NO PROFESSIONALISM at all. Here is my story so far:My husband died on January 9, 2022. ********************************* is handled the Funeral. He is the most caring person I have met. He is absolutely amazing. Not one complaint against hime.**************** is a different story all together. She handles the plots, headstone and "after care". 1) She lied and said that all funeral homes charge 20% more waiting on ************** checks.2) She put on the contract for "opening and closing" $395 when should have been $1395. Then told me that "Miss ****** I had a lot on my mind that day". (I am the widow)3) At viewing had nerve to ask ME (the widow) at about 7:45 (viewing ended at 8:00) to ask my family to start leaving.4) In Feb. we met for headstone and "after care" when I refused to pre-pay my funeral after several of her attempts to convince me, she **** up the design for the headstone, had me sign it but NEVER turned it in. I only found this out when my sister in law and I went and found a "temporary marker" on my husband's grave with another person's name on it. Headstone finally ordered May 19th and was set on July 22nd with no one from funeral home notifying me after saying they would.6) I received a call saying they had a deed for me for my husband's plot. I asked if they had 2 since I purchased 2 plots. They said no. I still do not have either deed in my possession. I am terrified that ****** sold my plot to someone else or will say she made "another mistake".7) ****** helped find a Priest to do my husband's funeral. She told me it would cost me $300 should be paid in cash and she could make sure it got to him. When I met him the day before the Rosary I handed him $300. When I showed up for the Rosary he called me aside and asked what that was for. I said isn't that your fee? He said "No honey I have never charged for a funeral and never will" and returned it

I have met with and visited with ****************** about her experience. She was contacted when her marker was placed on her husband's grave. We addressed the situation with the employee that she discussed. We are thankful that ***** was able to help her and her family during a difficult situation and we truly apologize for the poor experience that she had with ******. We have taken steps to help ****************** and will work to continue to serve her family well in the future.
