    Went here to get my daughter a more reliable vehicle after hers had become irreparable.We went into this dealer and were given options of vehicles within our down payment price range. All had ridiculously high down payments and prices but we were desperate to get her a more reliable car.We settled on the 2016 ******************* (Red) which was one of the better looking vehicles on the lot.We came back the next morning to give the down payment and have my daughter sign her paperwork.My daughter drove the car for almost 2 months. During that time she had been waiting on them to fix a window on the driver's side that the dealership had already known about but didn't fix before selling it. When they finally got the appointment and equipment in to fix her window (needed to have the motor and glass replaced) they told her to take it to 'their' mechanic. She did and dropped off her car and was told they would call when it was done. They didn't. They took the ************ kit that the dealership had ordered and only replaced something on the inside of the door but not the glass. This means they kept the glass and any other parts that they didn't use. They also never called her to let her know it was done. She had to call them and found out it had been done for a while.When she arrived to pick up her car, nobody was around. However, they had left her keys on top of her car for anyone to grab and take the car.When she was on her way home, the car started shaking violently from under the hood. The engine was shaking and sounded horrible. She called the dealer to let them know that something had happened at the mechanic aside from them fixing the window. The dealership (lady that has always been rude) told her that she had never had an issue with them and acted like she didn't care about the keys being left on top of the car or that the engine was now making horrible sounds and shaking. She told my daughter that they weren't responsible for it and to take it to a mechanic.
