    On June 23, 22 I had my car towed to Dac Transmissions to have a Transmission place in it. The lady called and said they found a Transmissions for my car. It will take a week or so to get it done. I went ahead and paid for the service. ****. When I got car home first few days it was ok. Like 3 days later, I noticed it was jerking again . It wasn't shifting out again while I was driving it. I noticed that fluids was leaking from my car. Called a mechanic to look at my car. Was told it was coming from the Transmission. So I call them noresponse or answer. I went back to him and told ************** about the problem. He said bring it back and see what's going on with it. I had it towed back to his shop again. He told me that he fixed it. drove it for 3 days noticed the same problems in it. I called no answer. I had to call a mechanic to come pour Transmission fluid in my car so I could get it up to his shop. I call him left messages no response or anything. I go again. Let them know this problem is still happening inform him that my car wasn't properly fixed and the transmission put in it wasn't done right. Was told that have a busy load ahead of me I said I understand that. But when you can get to my car please. Because this doesn't make any sense I have spend all this money and I cannot drive my car. It's just sitting up and you guys didn't service it right. I told that it will be done right and check out. I get a call back saying. I own for sealers and axles fixed on the car. That has nothing to do with transmission. I wasn't called and information about what is going on or what they found put with my car. When I have a warranty on it my car. Dealing with the transmission. I'm not paying for anything. Because it wasn't service right. So they are trying to keep my car.

    This customer came  in and chose to buy a used transmission from a salvage yard, which came with a 1 year warranty, with the salvage yard, not our shop. She was charged from us to install  it, no warranty. Tha first time she came in was because the axel had popped  out and we put it back in at no charge. The second time she came in we replaced the axel seal, at no charge. This time she came in already upset and left the car. We purchased an axel seal from Auto Zone and it would rip once we would place the axel in. So we got another one. It did the same thing. So the third seal we purchased it from ***** and we had to wait a few days as it was back ordered. As soon as we received it, we installed it and it worked. It test drove the vehicle and also on the rack. Also let it sit an hour outside the shop to make sure it wouldn't leak.

    The first 2 times we serviced her vehicle after the swap of the transmissions, we helped  her out and didn't charge her. We didn't have warranty with the customer. Now we are charging her these sets and labor of $68.50. She refuses to pay and is upset. I informed her I can not release her vehicle until it was paid. I had her call LKQ where she purchased the warrantied transmission from and I guess she didn't agree with their answer. We try and do everything  to make our customers  hap.
