While in ****************, a man by the name of ***** ******* from PTOP con -connection taught a course of womens empowerment while in ****************. This man told every inmate that when we were released to come to his office and pay him $450 to take a course with him and when we graduated, he would send us to the ****** or Waco area as a graduation gift to get our teeth fixed. This man is a scam artist. He has no connection with any dental office in ****** or Waco. He has taken my money. He is a pastor and considered a clergyman in the state of *****, and it is against the law for him to have any type of sexual content or conversation between a client, and he is sending me sexual content from social media being very disrespectful and inappropriate and in a harassing and aggressive manner. Ive paid to take this course with the promise of getting my teeth fixed as the graduation gift and the dental office that he referred me to is no longer a dental office. It is a ********** for HIV patients only and these people at this place have never heard of this man. They dont have any connection to him so he is going into the jail taking inmates money , and not providing the services that he promised I have a picture of the check that I wrote out to him with the promise of a graduation gift from ************* and he completely lied . Im also including a screenshot from a social media text that he sent me describing woman having *** with her her husband

    Business Response

I have attached an invoice she insisted on receiving so she can receive compensation for a past trauma from the State of ********; I provided her this invoice and stated she'd see see on the document the $450.00 as paid in full and when I wouldn't stated I could not in good conscience give her a  Six thousand dollar  invoice stating paid in full, she became upset and stated I quote " So you can't help me" stated twice, and when she came to the center to get the invoice, she sat as if she would continue the course, received the invoice and left upset. The $450.00 was consumed daily in meals at local restaurant for the two and a half months of attendance. They received instruction and training as agreed. There was no promise of free dental services, I simply do as I have as always, I give information and the service locations as referrals.
