    We get to the hotel after 18 hours. When I went in to take my shower there was mold and hair in the shower. This was our only full day in *****. I asked management to clean the shower. One lady came and didn&#**;t do anything. I told them and they sent another person there and she couldn&#**;t get it out. Another maintenance person said it would have to be scraped up and refixed. Finally at 12:30, I had to change rooms and change floors. I didn&#**;t get any help whatsoever. When I got to the front desk, the rep was laughing. I changed rooms and there were no bath towels. They knew that there were no towels in the room. My complaint is that I am supposed to be on a Platinum Elite tier and it was ****** points to renew this, I booked 3 rooms and felt like this was very disrespectful. All I was trying to do was to take a shower and wasn&#**;t able to do this until 1pm. They need to do something to make amends for this. I would like to get my points back and to get an apology.

    I booked a room at this hotel starting 8/28/23 to 8/30/23. I paid thru hotels.com as always. I paid thru my PayPal account as usual. When I checked in the front desk took my bank card for incidentals as usual. Nothing was said about any up fees. Any other charges or anything. When we got back home we saw that our bank card had been charged for almost $300 more dollars. We contacted the hotel and they said since we went thru a third party then they could charge us also.( Doesn't sound right ) The employee of the hotel wouldn't direct me to a supervisor and simply said " I'm sorry there's nothing I can do." Hotels.com tried to resolve this and the hotel wouldn't return their calls.
