In the winter we went without heat now in the hundred + degree weather we are regularly without ac. I'm diabetic and my son is asthmatic with nose bleeds in extreme heat. I work outside in the heat and come home at 6am to to a 92 trailer. I feel sick, we stayed in a hotel a couple days last week just to be in the cool air. No modifications are made to the rent even though these conditions have been unlivable.Initial Complaint

So we have lived at ******************** since 2018 with Clear Creek Rentals. We have put in several work orders over the years that seem to go unattended. Our dishwasher stopped working so instead of replacing it, they simply removed it and told us they would not replace it because it is not a necessity. Now, our air conditioner froze up, they had an ac repair tech come look at it and told us and them that the inside unit did not match the outside unit and needed to be replaced or it would keep freezing up. They said they will not replace and instead came and installed and mini-split. I have no way to get a hold of Oak Wood Properties who they use. I have sent several emails to Oak Wood with no response. Just really need to report this rental company for being horrible to their tenants.Initial Complaint

My parents, both over the age of 50 with health issues reside in a home rented through this rental company. They have been without AC since Friday afternoon, they have been hung up on when calling to check the status of their repair. The woman that has answered the phone, while very apologetic, has been extremely rude towards them and me, she has yelled/cursed at us and hung up on us. Their house was 99 degrees inside the house yesterday with 2 elderly people and a 2 year old toddler in the home. They will not connect us with a manager and will not allow my mother to call anymore. They have told her "we will get to it when we have time".... last year this happened and my parents were without air in the hottest months for 11 days. They won't allow my parents to call an outside company to have it fixed and **** them. They have been plain mean to my parents when trying to get this issue resolved, they have even gone as far as blocking my mother from going online to check the status of the repair or put in any work orders. They live in a metal mobile home which during summer months just roasts in the sun. This home is plain inhabitable right now.Initial Complaint

I submitted a complaint, and the debt collection company sent over their "proof of debt" but it is clearly a forged document. Page 1 of the lease dates and property address do not match the remaining pages of the lease. This has been clearly doctored from a previous lease from years prior. Page 1 of the lease is accurate, it was a month to month lease, so there is no reletting fee. These documents are pieced together from the lease that they are trying to collect on, and previous leases. They included a letter that they wrote in the attachment stating that the original lease was VOIDED, but are then using part of it to collect on a debt that I do not owe. This is fraud. There are also no invoices from the companies referenced on the statement showing services rendered. This should be removed from my credit immediately, from all 3 bureaus.Initial Complaint

Our current landlord decided to try and file an eviction on us after WILLINGLY participating in ***** Rent Relief. The funds were approved and sent out October 27th but the landlord claims they didnt know anything about them and says they have no received them. I was informed that if the landlord proceeds to accept the ***** rent relief program that they are not supposed to file an eviction. The judge granted us a 60 day abatement but that still doesnt explain where the money has went. It was in the amount of $3098.75. I want an investigation done into their staff and organization because they have gotten multiple complains and bad review from other tenants of similar activities,
