    I scheduled an appointment for 5/31/24 at 930. I have been to her home once which was unkept. But my daughter scheduled the appointment for me for my birthday. I arrived knocked on her door for about ten minutes no answer. I called her on IG. No answer. I messaged her and as soon as i left she charged my card. Claiming I was at the wrong house or her Ring camera didnt pick me up. I was immediately upset and told her I would dispute the charge. All she had to be was honest with me. I couldve respected her more.

    Hey ***** I apologize for this experience I would never just cancel and charge a client thats not in my character and its never been in. When booking through my website it states if your not here on or by your appointment time and if your 15 minutes late youll be charged 100% of your service. The morning of your appointment there was no knocks on the door or a doorbell being rung. I do not do refunds I offered to do your service for you a different day because you missed the day you were booked in you declined. Im a young women whos trying to make something for me and my family I would never charge someones card or try to scam them. I put my policies the way they are to prevent stuff like this from happening. I feel bad you had a bad experience and I hope your future experiences with other service providers is better.
